 Teachers should use pass slip every time you go out.

 Printing up to 3rd Module.
 Teachers will use Weekly whole plan, no DLL and lesson plan.
 Do not let teachers bring the Modules in their houses (It might contaminate the modules)
 Distribute modules on September 21-25, 2020.
 RD: Everyone, do not shortcut your messages, do not immediately rant on social media that will
cause misunderstandings among colleagues.
 Do not be gullible, Huwag maniwala agad sa mga post sa Social Media, at huwag agad mag
palaganap ng Fake news.

o We Prepared Bondpaper for modules, every teacher who wants to ask bond paper for
the printing of modules should note the subject.
o SHS # of students= 100 plus core subjects
o Sir Marjon: needs Canon ink for the printing of modules

o all Teaches’ status is WFH, non- teaching staff 2 times a week, make sure you follow the
schedule of your AWA, ask permission to the principal if pupunta sa school.

 MOV’s, it’s okay if not every day, as long as you have documented yung ginawa mo.
 Sir Boque: Ma’am pwede din ba flowers, aside of gulay lang?
o Yes, pwede din flowers.
o Pwede eh cellophane lang sa ang Gulay or Flowers
  Submission of DTR through online
 We have three (3) options sa Log in and Log out. Your may use Qtime, Google form or Text.
 If mahina ang internet at hindi maka access sa Qtime or Google form, you may Txt and inform
Ma’am Alma, Ma’am Apple or Ma’am Emily para ma note nila ang attendance mo sa Log in and
out.
 Inform Ma’am Apple, Ma’am Alma and Ma’am Emily through chat, text or call if may problem sa
log in and log out sa Qtime and Google form.
 Ma’am Apple mag post sa attendance para aware ang tanan
 Allow Qtime or Google Form/Docs.
 Everyone who attended the meeting will receive Certificate of Attendance.
