First Week Assignment - Reading and Writing “Quiz”

The relationship between reading and writing is simply that if one is good at reading, one is good
at writing. Furthermore if one wanted to learn to write, they would need to learn to read. The
more one reads, the further literature engrains itself upon their knowledge of such topic. No
better way to sum it up as “If you have found a good reader, you have found a good writer.” A
good reader is or has the capacity to be a good writer. This is ultimately correlated in the ability
to comprehend and interpret literature from its source and redirect this knowledge into one’s
writing abilities.
