HSE (HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONTMENT)

CLOSED LOOP MUD SYSTEM

This pitless mud management solution recovers solid-free water from
spent drilling fluid so it can be reused for drilling. Easy to mobilise, and
ideal for dry and zero discharge locations, it reduces haul-off and also
recovers oil and diesel along with fresh water or brine.

HIGH-INTEGRITY PRESSURE PROTECTION SYSTEM

(HIPPS)
When operating in high-pressure environments and
production fields, an overpressure event can cause
damage to the environment, infrastructure, and
personnel. Mitigating that risk on production wells and
flowlines is a challenge that can be met with a HIPPS,
a safety-instrumented system designed to prevent
overpressurization in piping systems and processing
facilities. The Cameron HIPPS is an independently
instrumented system designed with higher integrity
compared with process shutdown (PSD) and ESD
systems. Suitable for offshore installations requiring
high-integrity pressure protection of downstream systems, the Cameron HIPPS is SIL 3 certified
and incorporates our field-proven valves and actuators

PLC AND SCADA CONTROLS SYSTEMS

We provide process monitoring and control, from simple logic and telemetry to fully integrated
systems. These systems feature quality design, layout, programming, and commissioning with a
focus on programmable logic control (PLC) –based controls and logic systems.
SHARPEYE FLAME DETECTORS
The new SharpEye 40/40 Series Flame Detectors
from Spectrex provide the most comprehensive
protection against hydrocarbon-based fuel and
gas fires, hydroxyl and hydrogen fires, as well as
metal and inorganic fires. The detectors provide
early warning of fires at long distances with high
immunity to false alarms. The new 40/40 series
designs are the highest performance, cost
effective flame detectors currently on the market.
New features include a stainless steel housing
with a heated window, to eliminate condensation
and icing; HART capabilities for digital
communications; lower power requirements; and
a compact, lightweight but highly durable and weather resistant design.

NOVEC 1230 FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS

Novec1230 fluid contains neither
bromine nor chlorine and has zero ozone
depleting potential. These attributes
ensure that Novec 1230 fluid represents
a truly sustainable technology. When fire
breaks out in server rooms, data centres,
and other sensitive environments,
sometimes the solution can be as
damaging as the fire. Gielle’s Novec
1230 fire suppression system uses an
inert carbon-based chemical that
powerfully fights fire yet is safe for
property, people, and to the
environment. Novec 1230 has no
harmful impact on the environment. It has an atmospheric lifetime of only five days while the
closest chemical alternative has an atmospheric life time of 33–36 years.
AS-41(LLL) LOW LOCATION LIGHTING SYSTEM (DURA-
PLATE)
These glow-in-the-dark strips with arrows direct
passengers and crew to the nearest Assembly Station
and also indicate the location of particular fire safety
and first aid equipment (eg. fire-extiguishers,
emergency telephones and the overall direction of
evacuation). The use of clearly marked and visible
directions limits confusion and the risk of people
panicking during emergency situations. The low
location of the photoluminescent strips ie. just above
ground level, is due to the fact that during a fire smoke rises gathering near the ceiling.

4 X SC67FF SURVITEC FREE-FALL LIFEBOAT 30 PERSON

A lifeboat constructed for free-fall launching. .The benefits of
free-fall lifeboat are clear: during rapid evacuation in
emergencies, the boat slides out from a ramp onboard the
ship/installation and hits the water well away from the ship or
installation with a high positive forward motion. Passengers are
safe and secure in an enclosed cabin, safely strapped to
anatomically-shaped seats. The lifeboat system is robust and can
withstand high winds, powerful waves and extreme weather
conditions. Makers state that testing boats in free fall do not
affect the structural condition and claim that some boats have
been dropped over 2000 times without significant damage.

AIRLOCK SYSTEM
Some formations in the drilling operation contain high
H2S concentration. It can flow to the surface and spread
to the whole rig depending on wind direction. If H2S
blow to the workers place, it can cause a problem since
H2S is a dangerous gas for human. An airlock is used
for passage between safe and hazardous environment
and prevent dangerous gases from getting in the safe
zone. This technology allows workers in room or office
to keep working without a respirator. This reduce the
needs of breathing apparatus supplies.
