COURSE SYLLABUS
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
A comprehensive study of the laws on: (a) corporations, its structure and its
powers; (b) regulation of securities; (c) foreign investments; and (d) promotion
and protection of competitive market.
Know and fully understand the laws and their applications, master the provisions,
developed critical and analytical thinking, effective in written and oral
communication, logical reasoning, and sound judgment, exercise of proper
professional and ethical responsibilities
