    Scope Split Matrix for Agitator

    Description

    Agitator data provided by vendor in TBA , is confirmed by them & the same agitator data (shown in TBA) shall not change dur
    detailed engineering.
    Load trial running shall be performed (as mentioned in datasheet) both at vessel fabricator shop & at client site. No load test
    run test) shall be carried at Vessel vendor's work shop or Agitator vendor shop.
    Shaft locking shall be done at 2/3 places as per requirement , by considering the safety & to avoid any damages to the shaft or
    equipment.
    Gear box & motor shall be packed separately in original safe packing material such as wooden boxes etc. to avoid any damage
    transportation .

    Vendor shall depute their service engineer at free of cost for Pre-commissioning check, Erection of Mechanical Seal and Gear B
    after erection of Reactor on Site. Gearbox and Agitator has to be mounted on the Vessel/tank at the time of delivery. Commis
    of the Mechanical seal and Final Water Trail to be conducted at site in the presence of Service Engineer. Agitator Shaft and Bl
    should be locked with thermocol and Wooden Sleepers, inside the vessel.
