Ans:​ It is the policy of the government to adopt a set rules and regulations covering
government contracts for infrastructure and other construction projects.

all construction projects.

complies with all the terms and conditions in the call for bid and is the most advantageous
to the Government.

Elaborate the “Government’s Right to Take Over Contract Work” in your own understanding.

Ans. In my own understanding the contractor needs to avoid violation stated in section 11 so
that the governments will not take over contrract work.
