Terms and Conditions for Internship Program

To work with TeekSho! (Pvt) Ltd. The following terms and conditions are
applied.
1. Employee should fulfill the requirement of registration form.

2. Your intern placement will be for a fixed period of four weeks. If all goes well and the
business is progressing well, there is the possibility of a permanent role. These
opportunities will be discussed with you towards the end of the placement.

3. Your intern placement with TeekSho may be dependent upon the possession of particular
qualifications or registration with a statutory Body or other Authority; evidence of this must
be produced on request. Failure to produce such evidence may lead to the termination of
your intern placement.

4. In the course of your intern placement you may have access to confidential material both in
paper and electronic form. On no account should this information be divulged to any
unauthorized person. Breaches of confidentiality will be considered to be gross misconduct
and may cause TeekSho to terminate your intern placement immediately with no notice.

5. Confidential information may include, but is not limited to, the following: Trade secrets,
proprietary information, customer information, customer list, methods, plans, documents,
data, drawings, manual, notebooks, reports, models, inventions, formulas, processes,
software, information system, contracts, negotiations, strategic planning, proposals,
business alliances and training materials.

6. Employ is strictly prohibited to use company assets for personal use. If so company can
take actions against employ and can lead to internship cancelation.

7. Employ is responsible for the provided equipment of work. Employ will pay full payment for
the lost equipment along with punishment fine from administrations.

8. Employee performance will be evaluated on the basis of the respective tasks that are
assigned to them. Top three performers will also receive rewards at the end of internship.

9. You are obliged to give TeekSho three days’ notice to terminate your internship.

10. On leaving the Organization, you agree not to undertake provision of the same services /
products as supplied by TeekSho either from your own business, or the internship of a
competitor to TeekSho, for a period of 6 months, unless this is specifically agreed by
TeekSho. The Organization will only enforce that which is reasonable to protect its business.

11. Upon the completion of Internship, interns will have an informal exit interview, there he/she
will share his/her internship experience and his/her exposure to business environment.

12. Every time changes in terms & Condition will be communicated to the interns and they will
be asked to sign it.
13. Smoking in company premises is prohibited (except in those external areas specifically
designated for that purpose). Breach of this regulation may result in disciplinary action being
taken.

14. Personal information of employees is kept safe with TeekSho (Pvt) Ltd. And will only be
used for legal activities.

15. Teek Sho (Pvt) Ltd. Is using National Incubation Center (NIC) premises as an office
undersigned rules and regulation which also be applicable to interns.
