Teaches and Supervises students course work and projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND REGULATIONS

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

1. Must report to work 15 minutes before start of Class.

2. Must clock in and out with proof of attending class by signing

attendance Register

3. Advertises and Market the Fashion Business and the Fashion Academy
whenever the opportunity presents itself.

4. Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of the Fashion Industry, with keen

investigative abilities, a spirit of observation and a deep sense of
cultural aesthetics.

5. Attend with cheer and a broad smile all enquiries by students.

6. Must demonstrate eloquent and impeccable use of expression while

teaching and communicating with students.
7. Must ensure careful use of machines and equipment by students.

8. Dressing code is corporate and traditional attires. No sloppy or casual

dressing during class.

9. Ensuring fair and equal treatment to the students, impartial treatment

or favoritism will not be tolerated.

10. Must demonstrate the ability to instill discipline and orderliness

in the class.

11. Must NOT undertake personal projects in the office and ensure
students also comply. Only class projects are allowed.

12. Must not solicit extra private business from students and
prospective students of LegsApparel. Such an action will result in
instant termination of employment.

13. Must abide to a strict standard of Chain teaching strategy; where

older students teach newer students.

14. Must demonstrate the ability to manage the class with minimum
or zero level of idleness among the students, and at least an 80%
student retention and class attendance level. High student drop out &
turnover will be investigated & queried.

15. Ensure students follow project report sheet accordingly, after

which a thorough inspection on completed projects will be carried out
and the project report sheet signed off by facilitators.

16. Must maintain a cordial relationship with staff, students and

customers alike.

17. Assist Manager in Organizing presentations, events and catwalk

shows, reflecting the image of the company.

18. Prepare monthly progress report on class activities and submit to

CSO's, to be forwarded to the Director for evaluation and Feedback.

19. Must not sell or advertise personal business to students. ONLY

LEGSAPPAREL brand and products can be sold to students.

20. Must Attend weekly meeting as at when scheduled.
