In my classroom every student will be held to their own educational success. As their teacher I feel it is imperative,
from my standpoint, to develop a detailed lesson plan targeted toward meeting each student’s academic needs by
incorporating various learning styles. Students will challenge themselves when presented with a fun and effective
learning environment. My goal is to always relate the lesson plan to their everyday life in order to make the
connection between what they are learning in the classroom and how it applies in the real world.

order to create grade level lesson plans. I was directly involved in team leader and Great Expectation
