3.2 SITE CONDITION

The net electrical output guarantee of the Project plant shall be the output of the unit measured at the
high side of generator transformers after deducting all balance of plant equipment including water
treatment system, admin./warehouse general usage at the specified condition of air temperature, relative
humidity and barometric pressure given below:

The performance rating of HRSG and other ancillary plant shall coincide with the above conditions
when operating with the gas and steam turbines.

The Project’s Guaranteed Net Electrical Output, Guaranteed Net Heat Rate, Guaranteed Net Steam
Output and all test specified in Part III, section 1.1 Performance Guaranteed shall be tested at this case.

Extreme Condition

The Contractor shall propose and guarantee maximum net output (MW) of Project power plant
during extreme condition:
