Roles and Responsibilities-

 Sourcing for MNC’s IT And Non IT process.
 Handling end to end recruitment process for contract to hire C2H and permanent position,
which involves sourcing candidates through various network till on boarding.
 Short listing profiles as per client requirements.
 Source and Screen relevant profiles from different Job Portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
and Referencing.
  Schedule Telephonic or Face to Face interviews with clients & Co-ordinate with short listed
candidates for all levels of Interviews.
 Screen and Evaluate candidates on their technical skills, education and work experience as per
client’s requirement via Telephonic or mails.
 Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, roles and responsibilities and
organization.
 Explain-discuss-negotiate the job offers extended to candidates.
