JLXJ20 Flush-by Technical Specification

Overview

Flush-by are equipment for oil wells. The complete set of equipment is installed in the

oilfield over-limit second-class chassis produced by Shaanxi Automobile Group Co.,

Ltd., which adopts the broken shaft force and mechanical transmission type. It is mainly

used for sand washing and washing operations of oil and water wells; and used in sand

dissolving and unloading operations of heavy oil wells by using screw pumps. The

ambient temperature is -20 ° C - +40 ° C.

1.3 Draw-works

1.10 Electric system

1.11 Transfer box with pump

The power of workover rig is driven by the chassis engine，which drives the car

gearbox, and the power is transmitted to the transfer box with pump through the

transmission shaft. The transfer box with pump is composed of a shaft, a gear,

two sets of hanging devices, one set of lubricating devices, a box body, a

bearing and a pump base. The transfer box with pump has two output shafts,

which are respectively connected with the rear axle of the automobile and the

three-cylinder single-acting plunger pump.

1.12 Angle gearbox

The angle gearbox is made of input shaft, the output shaft, a pair of spur gears, a

pair of spiral bevel gears, box body, bearing, transition flange, small sprocket,

coupling flange, etc., the flange of the input-side end is connected by shaft with

output-side end. , the small sprocket at the output end is connected to the

draw-works through the roller chain.
