    “My Take Away”

    It is clearer to me the phases of IDEA Exemplar. Introduction Phase should contain activities
    that present the objectives, desired outcome and purpose of the lesson. Development Phase presents
    tasks that expose the learners to develop and master MELC. Engagement Phase exposes them to real life
    situations and tasks that stimulate them to perform and produce outcome that shows their
    understanding, skills and concepts while Assimilation phase brings them in creating conceptual
    structures wherein, they integrate new and old learnings.

    Whatever load or quantity of works awaits us, we can do them! Nothing is impossible to a
    committed and dedicated teacher.
