1. I choose the 10 MIN LOWER AB WORKOUT FOR BELLY FAT BURN.
2. I choose it because it said fat burn, which probably fits me well haha. 3. I did enjoy the workout, however, it was pretty tiring. :) 4. I engaged in the workout for about 20 minutes, from 12:40 to 13:00. 5. To be honest, I still can not choose whether which one should I do next.
