I've seen countless posts about Binance keeping deposits in the order
of tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars hostage. We should
create a sub to coordinate a way to bring this to public attention and
for people to determine how to take legal action.

Been waiting to get authorized to trade on Binance.us for like
over two months now. On a hunch I decided to follow this sub
to see if anyone else was having issues. After what I have seen
here, I’m not going anywhere near them.

From what Ive seen, it is often the depositor who is at fault.
For example the top post on r/cc one guy is complaining
about 100k held by binance and it has 5000 upvotes but if
you read the post he wires money from not his registered
account but a third party account. This is a clear indication of
attempt to money launder and every fiat exchange will hold
funds if such deposits are made, especially now in 2020/21
where a lot more additional AML laws have been mandated
for crypto exchanges

Personally Ive been using binance since 2017 and have not
had any issues whatsoever, I follow the rules for deposit and

CASE SOLVED: Thank you all for the support, and especially
Binance. Binance.com
I made a post a day ago about $300K funds which were not credited from
Binance side.

THE CASE IS SOLVED, and I have been credited my tokens to my Binance

wallet.

Thank you ALL for helping me, and I am truly sorry if I caused any harm to the
brand of Binance, it was not my intention, but I got worried.

Hello, So my Binance account withdrawals got automatically banned 4

MONTHS ago, because I made too many crypto withdrawals(I divided my
cryptos into many different wallets).

There was a text showing on my account, that I have to do face

identification(on phone) again to enable my withdrawals so I did that 4

I would encourage everyone to file bbb.org complaint against this company. I
filed my complaint today.

I opened my first support case 354144 for this issue on 2/12/2021 with no
resolution.

Issue:

I am unable to buy or sell any crypto on Binance mobile and web interfaces.
Error is trading is disabled. I currently own 2,494 of ADA but I can't sell or buy.
