xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx after being sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am one of the Respondents who are being charged for Slight

Physical Injuries and is docketed as
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxand is pending before the Office of
the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;

2. I did not take part in the scuffle. Rather, I asked our neighbors
to pacify complainant, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to which my
neighbors obeyed and was successful.
