3. Functions of Keys
Semi-Automatic Operation :
Allows a machine cycle with the current step value without automatic step change. This mode is used for
adjustment when realizing the first program.
Fully-Automatic Operation :
Allows automatic step change after each bend. Program starts to operate from current step.
Easy Operation :
Allows to make a single bend without losing the current product information.
Run :
– In semi-/fully-automatic operation mode, this key starts all axis functions and other control functions.
– In indexation page, which is displayed directly after power-up, this key starts the axis indexation.
The LED blinks while the operations are still in progress.
Stop :
– In semi-/fully-automatic operation mode, this key stops all axis functions and other control functions.
– In indexation page, this key stops the axis indexation. If the key is pressed once more while the LED is ON,
the system exits indexation and Product Numerical page is displayed.
Top panel is always visible. This panel includes logo, page name together with page details and messages. In addition,
calculator, user access level and main menu buttons exist on this panel.
Level-1 : Authorized operations: product loading, step display, value modification and operating modes.
Level-2 : Parametric password protection. Includes all Level-1 operations. Other authorized operations: memory
operations for programs, punches and dies (create, modify, delete and save), modifying and backing-
up actual axis values.
Level-3 : Parametric password protection. Includes all Level-2 operations. Other authorized operations:
modification of machine parameter and software update.
While the key is being pressed if the user access level button is tapped, Level-1 is activated.

4. Indexation
Panel version is shown as HMI V1.0.1. Module versions are shown as V1.0 next to each corresponding module. If no
version mismatch is present then symbol is shown. Otherwise, symbol is shown to the left of module name.
Version control can be repeated for any individual module by tapping its name field. If a version mismatch with a
module is present, no communication is allowed with that particular module other than version control.
When key is pressed, its LED is lit and indexation starts. LED blinks while the movements are still in
progress. The status of each axis is displayed by the symbols with the below explanations.
or Movement is in progress at the indexation speed and towards the limit switch in predefined direction.
or Limit is found, movement continues for the index pulse at 1/4 of the indexation speed and in the
reverse direction.
Limit or index is found. Waiting until movement stops.
Indexation is completed successfully.
Axis is not moving during indexation.
Driver error.
Indexation, while still in progress, can be stopped with key and can then be restarted with key. If
key is pressed when its LED in ON, then the system returns to Product Numerical page.
When indexation is completed successfully for all axes, Product Numerical page is displayed.
SAYFA 11
After the indexation starts, if the BEAM is unable to move upward, ?? symbol is displayed.
When the indexation operations of other axes are completed, the below message window appears on the screen.
When CANCEL button on the message window, which is the only option, is tapped, the system behaves as if
If downward indexation is started by pressing the pedal, the system waits for both indices to be found. During the
movement, << symbol is displayed for Y1Y2 module.
When downward indexation is completed successfully, the system returns to normal operation and Product
Numerical page is displayed.
