✔ Prewriting is part of the writing process in which the writer gathers ideas, explores the writing

prompt, generates thoughts, and organizes them.


1. WEBBING- is a visual representation of your ideas about topic uses shapes, lines or arrows.
2. BRAINSTORMING- it is done by coming up with different ideas to provide solution to a
problem or to
have a better understanding of the situation. This helps you think freely.
3. DRAWING- show understanding through images or pictures.

Our pronunciation is being changed from time to time, but our spelling system stayed more or less the
same.
✔ Knowledge of conventions in spelling helps to write a particular word in a correct way.
✔ Words are made up of one, two or more syllables; basically, a syllable has a vowel sound and
one or more consonant sounds.
✔ Listening, Reading and Writing Practice have a long way in the promotion of correct spelling.

Homophones are words which pronounced in the same way. But their spellings are different.
