Advantages and disadvantages of teleworking

Now teleworking is very common in the world because of covid-19 situation. Before
this situation we dreamed how life would be going if we had been working at home. Now we
know, teleworking has some pluses and minus. One of the biggest advantages is that we are
free to organise our time, second we save time and money without going to work place. The
disadvantages of teleworking are that it can disrupt communication with other employees or
someone else, second may no longer be motivated.
First of all, let's have a look at some advantages. One of them is that you can organize
your time, for example you can work at night and can sleep during the day. You can set aside
time so that you can dedicate it more to your family and yourself, because you save it without
going to work, there is a second plus of teleworking. Third plus is that you save money,
because you do not have to eat lunch somewhere, you can make it at home.
Secondly, let's talk about the disadvantages. The first is that people sit at home for a
long time and this can lead to health problems such as obesity or even depression. Second it
may be more difficult to communicate with each other for employees or with other people at
work. It may also be necessary to make decisions without consulting anyone.
Now we see that teleworking has some advantages and disadvantages. It can help us
achieve higher results, but it can also hurt.
