Process Application:
1. Login to OIC and go to Process and applications.
2. Click on Process Applications and the select create.
3. Select create an application.
4. Provide below details and click on create.

Name Travel Request Process
Space My Space
Description Application for requesting business travel
Open Immediately Checked

5. Click on create a structured process and then start with a form. Provide below when prompted
create process page.

Document Only Uncheck
Open Immediately Checked

6. You should see below page.
7. Double click on the sider as shown in the below image and name it as employee.

8. Add another lane below to Employee lane as shown below. Rename it Manager

9. Rename the start form as below.
10. Drag and drop the end activity to Manager lane and rename it as travel request complete.
11. Drag and drop Approve activity from Human Tasks to Manager lane as below and rename as
‘Approve travel request?’.

12. Rearrange the flow as below.

13. Now let’s add web form in the activity Submit Travel Request form. Click on the form and open
properties.
14. Provide the details as below. Click on the plus icon in the forms section.

16. In the designer drag and drop input text field and provide the properties as below.
17. Similarly create other fields as below.

18. Form should look like this and click on save.
19. Now go back to Process and edit the properties of Approve Activity.

20.In the title field select expression editor and provide value as below click on validate and ok.
Provide below value - "Travel for "+TravelRequestForm.name+",

"+TravelRequestForm.justification+", $"+TravelRequestForm.travelAmount

21. Similarly select Task Summary field and select expression editor. Provide below value and click
on validate and ok.

22. For Due date provide below details and Priority provide value as high.

24. Save the application and Test and Activate.

26. You should see the player screen as below.
27. Select the Travel request process and click on the play button.

28.In the play dialog select user and click on play.
29. At this point travel request form should open. Provide the details as below and click on submit.

30. At this point the action is moved to Approve or reject activity. Click on the play button.
31. Select user and click on execute and launch form

32. Add the comment in the form as below and click on approve.
33. Now you should see the request is completed.

34. Exit the simulator and close the player.
35. Publish the application as below.
