1) January 28, 2011 Order denying Motion to Hold Appeals in Abeyance.

2) February 9, 2011 Order denying Motion to Intervene and related papers.

The purported orders, issued in the name of Circuit Judges Canby and Leavy, were served by Clerk Molly C
Dwyer, US Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, unsigned, and with no form of authentication/attestation by the Clerk
of the Court.

Such papers could not possibly be deemed valid judicial records, and the service and notice could not possibly
be deemed in compliance with Due Process rights.
