For your attention: 1. AGM Our Annual General Virtual Meeting will take place on Monday, 09 November at 18:30. You will receive an invitation via email on the 04 of November. Please log in at least 15 min prior to the meeting. Parents that do not have internet access to join virtually can attend the meeting at school. End of the it Attached please find the time table for the Gr. 4 — 7 end of the year tests. It starts on Friday 13 November. To ensure faimess our red and yellow groups will fall away. Different grades will write on different days, Please make sure your leamner(s) come to school to write on the correct day. Gr. R- 3 will continue Assessmi with the alternative days with our red and yellow groups. From the 13" of November the school day will end at 13:00. Please make sure leamers are picked up on time. 3. Prize Giving Gri-7 Our country is currently on level 1 in the Covid 19 pandemic. There are strict regulations around the number of people in venues, social distancing etc.4, To adhere to the above our Gr 1 - 7 prize giving ceremonies will only accommodate the Top 10 leamers in each grade. The year end assessment marks will also be taken into account. Learners will be personally invited to attend between 1 - 4 December by letter. These ceremonies will take place during school hours and only 2 parents per invited learner are allowed to attend.
