TUTORIAL MURDER & CULPABLE HOMICIDE

1. Seh Tan and Pok Ya are good friends. However, there are rumours
spread by Timoh Lee saying that Pok Ya accused Seh Tan as sexual
impotent. Responding to that accusations, Seh Tan ran amok and with
parang in his hand went to Pok Ya’s house and slashed him few times
in the abdomen. Then, Seh Tan went upstairs and slashed Siti Chanteq,
Pok Ya’s wife. Before running to the next house, Seh Tan saw Timoh
Lee and slashed him on his arm and several blow on his head.

The villagers managed to overcome Seh Tan and handed him over to
the police. According to one of the villagers, Seh Tan been acted
strange for the past few days as originally Seh Tan suffered temporal
amnesia and no longer taking his medicine.

Based on the situation above, discuss whether Seh Tan can escape
death based on the exception of murder and culpable homicide. Support
