Declaration of Land Patent Bill of Conveyance - Torres State Society of Christopher Nation
BILL OF CONVEYANCE, made the 1st day of August, 2018 by Joseph Judy, Jr., a single
man, whose post office address is at 617 Brooks Boulevard, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648, herein
called the Assignor, to (given name & surname:) Rocky Torres, a Floridian*, whose post office
address is at 2532 West North Street, Tampa Florida, hereinafter called the Assignee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "Assignor" and "Assignee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations)
Lot 23, of the unrecorded plat of Pasco Lake Acres, being further described as follows:
from the point of beginning the intersection of the north line of the south ¼ of section 11,
township 24 south, range 18 east, and the west right-of-way line of the S.A.L. railroad, run
south 24 degrees 22 minutes 46 seconds west, along said west right-of-way line 270.00 feet;
thence north 65 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds west, 110.00 feet; thence south 49 degrees 59
minutes 10 seconds west, 353.10 feet to the intersection with a curve of radius 75.00 feet;
thence along said curve to the left arc 65.54 feet, chord north 65 degrees 02 minutes 54
seconds west 63.47 feet; thence north 00 degrees 04 minutes 57 seconds west, 400.00 feet to
the north line of south ¼ of section 11, thence north 89 degrees 55 minutes 03 seconds east,
540.00 feet to the point of beginning, Pasco, Florida USA.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple absolute forever or freehold (as pertaining
to the Magna Carta or the Organic Laws of the United States of America [circa 1776-1787]) or
allodium.
AND, the Assignor hereby covenants with said Assignee that the Assignor is lawfully seized of
said land in fee simple absolute or freehold (as pertaining to the Magna Carta or the Organic
Laws of the United States of America) or allodium; that the Assignor has good or absolute right
or lawful authority to sell or convey, assign, or grant said land/shelter/non-commercial creature
comfort (not as defined as real property or real estate), warrants the title to said land/shelter/non-
commercial creature comfort and will defend the same against the lawful or unlawful, legal or
illegal claims of all persons or corporations, or man whomsoever; and that said land/shelter/non-
commercial creature comfort is free of all encumbrances and liens before this date and on this
date forever in fee simple, freehold, or allodium.
*State Citizen under the Organic Law of the United States of America, not a taxpayer or Federal citizen/Washington DC
citizen or US citizen or 14th Amendment citizen by right of self-determination
