OFFICIAL EPI TRAVEL REQUEST APPLICATION (revised 2016)

EPI can provide 100% funding for students to travel to any location in the world—if and only if the students are
able to plan the trip entirely on their own. Students must submit this completed application and develop a
presentation that clearly and specifically describes their travel plans—including the approximate cost of the
expedition.

1. The Presentation
 Your presentation must include all the information from the application below.
 Your presentation must be detailed and specific. You can provide visuals by downloading photos to your
cell phones.
 Your presentation must be between 4 and 8 minutes in length.
 Your presentation must be performed by at least four EPI students—in English—in SL class. It might be
videotaped for review by the EPI director, assistant director and other SL instructors.
 Each student should participate equally in the presentation.

In order for your travel plans to be considered, all of these presentation rules must be followed completely.
