SUBJECT : VIRTUAL LAUNCHING CUM ORIENTATION ON

THE “PERFORMANCE ONLINE MONITORING SYSTEM”

DATE : 09 MARCH 2021

This Office, through the Human Resource Management Division,

Administrative Service, in partnership with the Information Systems
and Technology Management Service, has developed the
Performance Online Monitoring System (POMS), a web-based
application of the Strategic Performance Management System
(SPMS) that allows individual employees to encode their
performance commitments, monthly monitoring of accomplishments
and ratings online.

The POMS adheres to the evidence requirements of maturity level 3

of the CSC Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence
in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) which lenses look
into the development of online systems and its link with other HR
core processes.

All DILG CO officials and personnel, and Regional Directors and/or

representatives are invited to attend the Virtual Launching of the POMS on
17 March 2021 at 9:00 – 11:00AM via Zoom. Pre-registration is required
on or before 16 March 2021 thru this link:

After the Launching, there will be an Orientation on the POMS from 1:30
to 4:00 PM which shall continue on 18 March 2021 from 8:30 – 12:00NN.
Supervisors/Division Chiefs and all employees at the Central Office are
expected to participate in this event to prepare them for the pilot run of the
system.
