Company Background:
Temas Line offers fully-containerized services within Indonesian main port with
the hub ports in Jakarta and Surabaya. Main commodities in domestic trade such
as: rice, flours, sugar, cements, and other general cargo using container. All these
commodities were using bulk/ general cargo vessel in the past, with the demand on
safer, efficient and effective cargo transportation, now shifted to use more and
more on containerized.

Company Background:

Winning Logistics, the marine logistics division of Winning International Group,


commenced coal transshipment services in Indonesia in June 2013.

Fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, Winning Logistics’ Floating Coal


Terminals (FCTs), "Winning Unity" and "Winning Power", are the most efficient
and reliable transshipment terminals operating in Indonesia. These are currently
deployed in offshore Samarinda, East Kalimantan.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE, BLENDING, SAMPLING AND MORE


Featuring two Ikow 45-ton SWL cranes and a China-made conveyor system, each
FCT is capable of loading vessels at rates of 40,000 tons per day or more. Highly
stable, the FCT can load a large cape size vessel smoothly even with swells of up
to two meters high. Each terminal is fitted with two sets of cranes with 35m3grabs,
a conveyor belt system and a loader with a 360-degree loading chute, allowing it
to reach all corners of a ship’s hold. Its loading arm is equipped with a 180-degree
swing which can be extended up to 37 meters, permitting it to span a cape size
ship with a breadth of 52 meters.

With a loading rate of 4,000 tons per hour, the FCTs’ loading boom is fully
capable of transferring a bulldozer to the main vessel for trimming, which can
enhance the stowage factor of coal by 42 cubic feet per ton. The terminals’
conveyor belt systems come with metal removers, belt scales and sampling
devices.

Company Background:

PT. Pelayaran Nasional Tanjungriau Servis (PNTS) was set up in the Y2007 with its
Head office at “Jakarta Indonesia”. We have field offices at “Banjarmasin,
Samarinda Kalimantan. PT. PNTS is Owned, Registered and Operated as a
Domestic Shipping Company, fully equipped and Licensed under the aegis of the
Ministry of Shipping (SEACOM) of the Republic of Indonesia.

PT. PNTS is licensed to Own, Manage and/or Operate Marine assets of any nature,
to serve both the Domestic and International Shipping Trades in Indonesia.

Primary focus is on the Shallow Sea Trades, positioning itself as a Marine Supply
Chain and Logistics Operator, providing end to end Logistics Solutions, for the safe
loading, carriage and delivery of Coal as a commodity, for transshipment or to
domestic End Users/ Utilities.

PNTS provides transshipment of this coal as necessary, via its Fleet of “Coal
Conveyor Loaders”, stationed at Offshore locations on to Ocean going vessels of all
sizes, ranging from Handy size to Cape size vessels ( Geared and Gearless).

PNTS customer profile is quite diverse and covers a range of customers such as
Coal Producers, Coal Traders, Coal logistics providers and Domestic Power
Utilities.

PNTS prides itself on being fully equipped with all the integral elements required,
including but not limited to a dedicated and experienced team of well qualified and
highly motivated professionals with immense experience in Marine Logistics, at its
Head Office in Jakarta, ably supported with similarly skilled and motivated

Responsibility:

Vessel Operator

• Accountable for the efficient ordering and monitoring of vessel movements,


cargo transfer operations, and other marine related activities including, but not
limited to the issuing of voyage orders/jobs order, nomination of agents and
surveyors, procurement of bunker fuel, and effective recording of all portions of
the voyage.
• Report to Senior GM Operations and lead the support to the Company's Supply
& Optimisation group in proactively responding to potential opportunities to
maximise revenue, providing the primary link between the Company's trading
activities, the vessel and the functional support network.
• Responsible as Duty Officer to provide out of hours expertise, on a rotational
basis, for vessels that require real-time commercial operational support or
additional clarity on voyage instructions and/or parameters;
• Manage effective stakeholder relationships, with the vessels, third party owners
and/or technical managers and Hub and Port Agents such that issues are
reconciled in the most expeditious manner;
• Procure bunker fuels to ensure safe voyage execution and regulatory compliance;
• Provide leadership and direction to continuous improvement initiatives in
support of improving the efficiency of all aspects of the commercial operations
for the voyage and port operations;
• Provide regional leadership in all aspects of loss control with specific regard to
coordinating cargo inspections; monitoring and improving the operational
efficiency of cargo measurement; and any potential cargo claim;
