Candidate Journey
Guide for Candidates
This guide provides information about Employability Test to candidates
participating in PTMI. Candidates must read the instructions carefully to
ensure that they are fully familiar with the assessment process before
attempting the tests.
Talent Source Registration
 Valid Email Address: To be able to register on to Talent Source, all candidates must
have a valid email address.

 Register on Talent Source: All candidates sitting for the Employability Test should
register online at http://talentsource.ph/ts/ptmi by clicking on the ‘Register Now’
option and filling out a simple form to access the assessment dashboard.
Pre-Registered Candidates

 Login to Talent Source: Those candidates who already have their accounts on Talent
Source, should click on the login function and use their login details to access the
assessment dashboard.

 Forgot Password: In case a candidate forgets the password to the Talent Source
account, it can be accessed on the following http://talentsource.ph/recover_password
The testing process
in 9 steps
Step 1

Visit http://talentsource.ph/ts/ptmi/ , Register or

Login to access the testing environment.

Step 2

Go to‘National Skill Registration Program’


on the dashboard.

Select your region from a drop-down


menu and Click ‘Proceed’
Step 3

Registration Form:

Enter your personal information and


click on ‘Submit Application’.

Step 4

Other Relevant Employment Details:

Fill the questionnaire and click


‘Submit’ to start the test.
Step 5: You will be directed to a page where you will see the ‘Start Assessment’ tab. Click
on this tab to enter the testing environment.

Step 6: The Testing Dashboard: You will see 15 tests on your screen.

Step 7: Take the Test

Click on ‘Take the test’ tab to begin your test. The test will start in a new window.

Do NOT close The Testing Dashboard window, where all the tests are visible. This testing
dashboard is the main window from where you will be accessing all the tests.

There is an ‘instruction to candidates’ screen before the start of every test.

Read instructions and click ‘Continue’.


Step 8:

Select the best option from the MCQs

Select an answer and click ‘Submit’


You can also ‘Skip’ a question.
Please read instructions as mentioned
in step 7.

Step 9:

Go back to The Testing Dashboard (kept 60%


open in another window or tab). Select a
second test (e.g.: Social Perceptiveness)
and click ‘Take the Test’.
