 Keep yourself under Containment- as much as possible.
 Physical isolation – Minimum 6 feet, not social isolation.
 Food practice- for self immunity development.
 Make available of Testing kits - Require to import by Chartered Plane.
 Make available of PPE - Require to import by Chartered Plane.
 Prepare ICUs with Negative Pressure and Exhaust from HEPA Filter.
 Prepare specialized treatment facility in open place like Play-ground,
Stadium, Car park, etc. following example of China. There must have:
 a. Negative Pressure Exhaust system,
 b. Al Exhaust from Treatment facility must be exhausted from HEPA Filter.
 c. Oxygen supplementary, d. UV Light for killing virus.
 Prepare Trained Professionals: Doctor, Nurse, QC staffs of Pharma, etc.
 A Corona infected patient must not be admitted in any hospital having no
Negative Pressure Isolation Room with Filtered exhaust. It will endanger
other peoples and surroundings.
 1. The Treatment Facility shall be specially prepared with 3
 a. Clean area,
 b. Restricted area (semi-clean area), and
c. Isolation areas (semi-contaminated area and contaminated area).
 2. Air Flow direction: Clean area to Restricted area to Isolation Area, No reversal
 3. No Cross Contamination to be allowed.
 4. There must have Air-Lock Room with Self-Closing Double-door.
 5. Pass-box to be used for material transfer.
 6. Air Conditioning system to maintain Negative pressure in isolation rooms
 7. All exhaust must be treated with HEPA Filter of efficiency: 99.99% @ 0.3 micron.
 8. UV radiation into the system to help maintain a sterile environment.
 9. Sealing treatment will be applied for mechanical and electrical pipes and wires
passing through floors and partition walls
 10. The interior surface layer is made of non-absorbent, scrub-resistant, leak-proof
materials, free from hidden dirt, which do not breed Virus or Bacteria.
 1. Keep the Filtered Exhaust system running for all time.
 2. Before entry must check or test negative pressure by placing a piece of
tissue paper underneath the door. Confirm tissue paper movement inward.
 3 No ceiling/Table fan is allowed as it will disperse contaminated air around
the room.
 4. Attendant must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
 5. Attendant must not go to Air Sucking Points.
 6. Patient movement should limit between Bed & Toilet.
 7. Attendant movement should limit between Entry Gate & Patient Bed.
 8. No direct contact with the Patient,
 9. Maintain min1m distance from Respiratory Tract of patient.
 10. No Guest, ornaments or fooding, drinking is allowed inside.
 11. All used Tissue papers, Swabs, Cotton, Syringe, used clothes, etc. must
be stored in a common room under UV Light for at least 45 minute before
disposal.
