Recipe for: Shortrib papperdelle dish

Ingredients Directions:

 90g pappardelle 1. Drop your pasta


 100g short ribs 2. Now in a pan start by sautéing your onions and garlic
3. Add seasoning and allow to brown
 50ml cooking cream
4. Now add in your shredded short ribs and allow to
 70ml veal jus
caramelize as well.
 10g sliced brown onion 5. Add your cream and veal jus and allow to glaze
 5g sliced garlic properly
 2g thyme 6. Now add your pasta and finish with some garlic chips
 Salt in the pan, parmesan
 Pepper 7. Place in plate and garnish with parmesan, garlic chips
 10g parmesan and fried thyme
 5g garlic chips
 2 sprigs fried thyme
