Hyundai Excavator hydraulic system 4 kinds of troubleshooting

Hyundai excavator hydraulic system failure maintenance as follows:

( 1 ) lack of pressure . R130 and R320 excavator , all functions are inadequate. The
investigation is the main relief valve malfunction , thus making impossible to establish normal
hydraulic system operating pressure . Then you can check the main pressure relief valve ,
and then press the required pressure can be adjusted or replaced with new valves .

( 2 ) lack of motivation . Performance in two categories. First ( only R200, R280, R290, R420
and R450LC5 models of excavators ) boom , bucket and right walking underpowered .
Analysts believe that a failure of the main pump side of the relief valve . Check the validation
of the required adjustment or replacement of the pressure relief valve ; case of stick , swing
and left walking underpowered , it may be another side of the main pump relief valve
malfunction. Check the validation required to adjust the pressure or replace the valve can
be.

( 3 ) a member of the working device underpowered . This may be a fault in the oil port relief
valve circuit malfunction. Check fault circuit oil pressure relief valve opening , and then
adjust the pressure according to regulations or replace the valve . If the machine on both
sides of the action ( retracted and extended ) lack sufficient motivation , you can check the
oil filter inside the tank , the filter may be damaged inside the seal fragments. Cleaning filter,
replace the seals can be.

( 4 ) When the pilot valve is in the neutral position , the boom , arm and bucket rapidly
moving toward no-load side movement, such as lowering the boom , bucket open and so on.
Reason may be , the oil port of the pressure relief valve is opened less than a predetermined
pressure , the oil pressure relief valve port Torr live load of the hydraulic cylinder . Pilot
control valve in the neutral position , check the hydraulic cylinder crawling situation (
decrease the amount of hydraulic cylinders ) , if the measured value has exceeded a
predetermined value , must check the oil pressure relief valve port , adjust or replace as
required .
