    “ISTIV Bayanihan”

    Description:

    • ISTIV Bayanihan is a training program and networking intervention for Barangay


    Micro Business enterprises/Micro Enterprises that supports the growth of micro
    enterprises by enhancing the entrepreneurs’ way of managing the enterprises.

    Objective/s:

    • Achieve productivity by harnessing the Filipino spirit of “Bayanihan” (teamwork) in


    the workplace based on common and shared ISTIV values applied to work systems by
    both owners/managers and workers.
