INTERNATIONAL CLEARANCE FOR PLAYERS COMING FROM OVERSEAS

(For players aged 18 and above)

This form must be completed for a player who is seeking to register for a club in England and has previously been registered
for a club abroad (including the other Home Associations), or who is a foreign national seeking to register for the first time in
England. The completed form should be forwarded by the applicant club to the Player Status Department, preferably via
email. Applications made by players will not be accepted.

It must be understood that the player cannot register or play in England for a club at any level until The Football Association is
in receipt of an International Transfer Certificate issued on his/her behalf by the former National Association.
