Dear School Heads,

Good day!

The District of Calatrava 1 is proud to officially begin its first-ever NEWSLETTER which targets to
publish every quarter of the school year. In this regard, we are calling all potential WRITERS, LAYOUT
ARTISTS, and EDITORS, to join us in this undertaking. Anyone with the skill in LITERARY, NEWS,
FEATURES, SPORTS, and CREATIVE writing are highly encouraged to audition and be part of our
writing pool. Those with satisfactory and commendable skill in layouting through PHOTOSHOP and
other medium, are amongst our utmost priority.

Hence, we are urging all of you, our respected school heads, to please send your representatives in any of
the aforementioned genres to attend the WRITING PUBLICATION ORIENTATION on March 11, 2021,
9:00 A.M., at the district office.

The following agenda shall transpire in the orientation:

1. Creation of a Publication Name and Tag Line

2. Assignment of Articles to Prospective Writers and Editors
3. Pre-planning for the Newsletter Publication
4. Other Related Matters

This is a wonderful opportunity to harness teacher skills in writing and layouting, and to grow
professionally in preparation for promotion. Moreover, this a remarkable step for Calatrava 1 in reaching
a high esteem in the academe through promoting positive feedbacking and highlighting significant
educational achievements.
