client and the fire consultant. All work to be installed by a trained certified operative. Our scope of
will include sealing service penetrations on fire compartment walls, ceiling and floors, as well as
electrical sockets which fall within the ambit of fire compartments. Existing floor and ceiling
penetrations should be sealed with structural compound to ensure structural integrity and existing
fire walls should be made fire safe and sealed where needed.

Materials will be delivered to site weekly via a company Van. Operatives will agree a clear storage
area on site with Structuretone management where materials will be stored. Premier Fireproofing
site supervisor will provide daily SPA instructions to our operatives on site. With required work areas
being agreed on direction of ST management. Operatives will work from podium ladders when
installing, all fire-batt will be cut on ground level. Operatives will subsequently ascend the podium
ladder, ensure the safety gate is closed before proceeding to install the fireproofing materials where
required. All worked from raised access platform should be undertaken by a trained operative. All
Mewp tickets to be provided to Structure tone site management on work commencement .If works
are required at ground level for compound seals a designated area will be used to mix and pour the

All work areas will be cleaned as we go before moving on to the next work area. All waste to be
disposed in the bins provided by Structuretone.

If requested by the client acoustic walls should also be sealed to be fully soundproofed to the
required DB rating. All operatives to be site inducted, fully safety trained and have working at heights
