Powerlifting is a sport that involves the pursuit of strength & a higher total,
and anabolic steroids help powerlifters reach those goals very well.
Whether we like it or not, we have to face the reality: steroid use is here
in powerlifting, and it is here to stay. Whenever we see an individual
reach a raw total that we previously thought was unimaginable, we may
sometimes wonder exactly is in their bathroom’s mirror cabinet and what
they’re taking. It seems that every week, some of the best athletes
powerlifting has ever seen are breaking world records left and right with no
end in sight. Certainly, there are main factors that come into play with being
successful in powerlifting – hard work, persistence, consistency, time, and
even good genetics are all within the equation of what makes a world class
lifter. That being said, there is one factor that no one can deny works in
making a powerlifter stronger beyond their natural limits: steroids.
Has your friend improved their total by 300 pounds while staying at the
same weight class in the last 6 months? There are 3 scenarios possible here:
1) Your friend is relatively new to weight training
2) Your friend is genetically blessed in developing strength while
building muscle and burning off fat simultaneously
3) Your friend is running 2 grams of Testosterone Enanthate, 1.2
grams of Deca, and 1 gram of Tren Acetate per week. All at the same
time. In one cycle.
That is a rather extreme example, but hopefully you get my point. While I
am the kind of guy who will take a lifter’s word for truth – I 100% believe
that Ray Williams is drug-free, because he said so – you have to sometimes
be able to see the smoke behind the mirrors. Lifters who use steroids have
an edge on you, as they’re able to recover faster from training, put on
muscle mass more quickly than you, and usually increase their total by
large amounts on a consistent basis. That is not to say that a powerlifter
who is natural has no chance against an aided lifter – we can all think of
drug-free lifters who can destroy 99% of powerlifters on the platform. But
the temptation of using steroids is very real, and if you’re reading this, you
are most likely considering using steroids for the first time or are already
using anabolics. This book is intended for powerlifters who have not
used steroids yet, or intermediate users who wish to expand their
knowledge of using anabolics within the context of powerlifting. You
may have seen the table of contents and noted that Winstrol and Turinabol
aren’t listed as anabolics covered in this book. I can’t think of any
powerlifter who uses either compound, as they don’t have a good place in
powerlifting and there are much better options available for you to consider
when designing your cycles. “Eat Clen, Tren Hard” serves as your guide to
learn more about steroids in a simple-to-understand fashion, with hours of
research being put into writing this along with years of personal &
empirical experience used to provide you with the right information.
Because the use of anabolic steroids without a valid doctor’s prescription is
illegal in the United States, I am forced to write under a “pen name” in
order to preserve some of my anonymity. I have been involved with the
sport of powerlifting for nearly 8 years, and have competed actively for 6 of
those years. Though I am technically an “elite” classified powerlifter – a
classification set by powerlifting federations depending on weight class,
based on your 3 lift total – my best raw total at the time of this writing is
eclipsed by about 400 pounds from the current #1 world record holder. So
while I am considered strong, I’m no strength freak or someone you would
know (yet) from watching powerlifting headlines. I’m just your average guy
who has a passion for powerlifting, just like you – and I have made plenty
of mistakes just like you. I have tried running steroid doses that were far too
high than necessary for putting on strength, and thought that “more is
better” when it comes to steroids. I am here to tell you right now that
more is not better, smarter is better when it comes to drug use. Using
anabolics comes with its health risks, and you don’t need to put your
long term health on the line to get stronger. My objective of writing this
book is to not only educate you, but provide you with the framework that
will lead to smarter & more responsible use of anabolics. For a sport that’s
not going to make you any money, there is really no point in shortening
your mortality or causing long term complications when you’re trying to
bench 405 for the first time.
Welcome to the first publicly released book for steroid use in
powerlifting. As always, consult with your physician and have blood
work performed to assess your health prior to taking anything
potentially harmful to your body. This book is for educational and
entertainment purposes only, and is not meant to be used as a reference
for medical advice. I do not encourage or condone steroid use, and you
should always talk to your doctor about being obtaining a prescription
legally if you believe you suffer from low testosterone.
STEROID PROFILES
Testosterone (Enanthate, Cypionate, Propionate & Suspension)
The first anabolic steroid ever created, synthetic Testosterone is the most
commonly used anabolic in all of medicine, hormone replacement therapy,
and performance enhancement for all sports. It is without question that
Testosterone holds value to powerlifters, as it has lent its role in hundreds of
world records made throughout the 20th & 21st century. Though its original
medical use was intended for treating patients with androgen deficiencies
(namely, low natural production of testosterone) – the world soon found its
use for boosting athletic performance by helping to develop an athlete’s
muscularity, strength, speed, and explosiveness at a faster rate than ever
accomplished by natural means. Several physiological changes occur with
high levels of testosterone in the system – namely, protein synthesis is
greatly increased along with nitrogen retention. To put it simply, with
Testosterone you will be able to put on muscle, gain strength, and
recover faster at a rate that is not achievable through normal or
natural means. While Testosterone use (or any AAS use in general) isn’t
the final deciding factor in whether you’ll be better than a non-drug using
lifter, it is going to make you a stronger lifter overall. This is indisputable,
and there is a reason why every major athletic governing agency flags
elevated Testosterone levels – you will make progress faster using
Testosterone than if you were to stay drug-free. Testosterone is the
ultimate anabolic steroid, and every cycle you run should include
testosterone of some form as your base.
There are 4 commonly used variations of injectable Testosterone, all of
which involve the ester bonding attached to the compound. The ester base
used in conjunction with Testosterone will dictate the gradual release of the
hormone in the body, until the drug is completely absorbed within a certain
period of time. Note that the ester used with Testosterone does not in any
way alter the hormonal properties of the drug – there is no “best
Testosterone” to use, outside your choice of injection frequency. Test is
test. You will see the exact same benefits of using Testosterone over the
course of your cycle regardless of which ester you use. The 4 esters,
along with their half-lives are:
Testosterone Cypionate – 12 Days
Testosterone Enanthate – 10.5 Days
Testosterone Propionate – 2-3 Days
Testosterone Suspension – Less than 24 Hours
The most common form of Testosterone used by powerlifters is
Testosterone Enanthate. It is relatively inexpensive to buy through the black
market, and has a long active life in the body. Though Enanthate can be
injected just once per week, most users would advocate an injection
schedule of twice per week. This will help keep hormone levels more
balanced & cause less fluctuation with testosterone in the body. I
personally use Testosterone Enanthate in all of my cycles, and it will be
your most commonly used compound, as Testosterone should be
present in any cycle you run.
Testosterone Cypionate is virtually identical to Enanthate, save the slightly
longer half life. Cypionate is what is typically prescribed by healthcare
providers and anti-aging clinics. Cypionate requires the same injection
schedule as Enanthate, and can be used interchangeably with no noticeable
difference. If you took an unmarked bottle of Cypionate, and ran an
unmarked bottle of Enanthate, you would think you’re running the same
exact compound. Again, there is virtually no difference when it comes to
using Cypionate versus Enanthate.
Testosterone Propionate (or Test Prop for short) is a quicker acting form of
Testosterone, and requires an injection schedule of every other day. Because
it is faster acting than Enanthate or Cypionate, Test Prop will provide
noticeable effects with energy, mood, and sexual libido a bit quicker. The
drawback to using Prop is that the post-injection pain tends to sting a little
bit – quite a bit more than Enanthate or Cyp. Also, running a base steroid
that has to be injected every other day can be a chore, especially if it is not
being used in conjunction with any other short ester drug (such as
Trenbolone Acetate). Some powerlifters will opt to switch out
Enanthate/Cyp for Prop towards the end of their cycle for meet peaking &
meet day, as the quicker acting testosterone is believed to help a bit more
with strength and recovery. Honestly, using Prop is more of a chore than it
might be worth for you, and should be left alone unless you are needing an
extra edge for a meet that matters a lot to you (every meet matters, but you
get my point).
Testosterone Suspension is the original form of synthetic Testosterone, and
it is simply Testosterone with no ester attached. As such, it is instantly
released in the body upon injection and its effects can be felt once
exogenous testosterone has already saturated in the system. Users of
Suspension can expect a short spike in aggression and strength, and it’s
great at doing such. Go to any untested meet where world record holders
are competing against each other and money is on the line; if you know
what Suspension smells like, you might get a whiff of it when you walk
into the men’s bathroom (aside from the ungodly shits taken by
powerlifters on meet day). World class powerlifters can attest that
Suspension is the real deal when it comes to a spike in strength and
aggression, and it is commonly used AT meets. Suspension is used at the
actual meet venue (rather than before the meet, such as at home or in a
hotel) because it is so fast acting and only lasts for 4-6 hours. While I’ve
only known of powerlifters using just 1 dose of Suspension before stepping
onto the platform for squats, it is plausible to use extra doses of it for the
bench and deadlift. There are drawbacks to using Suspension – it is
typically not used for the duration of a full steroid cycle, as balanced
hormone levels would require injections as frequent as 3-4 times a day.
Also, Suspension is a water based injectable. As such, the injections can
really sting (moreso than Prop) and cause discomfort for anyone trying to
pin a full 3CC barrel right when it is being used. This pain can be
detrimental when trying to go for a PR lift, and might do more harm than
good for some people. I’ve seen a version of Suspension that has the water
bonded with some sort of cream substance, and this additive to the solution
will help with the injection pain. This practice is not very well known by
manufacturers & home brewers making the steroid, so it can be difficult to
find. Just like Prop, using Suspension should be reserved for an elite level
lifter who really needs to go through the trouble of injecting at a meet venue
and receive a small added benefit to its use on meet day. 99% of
powerlifters don’t need to use Suspension, and have other important things
to worry about (like not beating the press command at benching).
Side Effects of Using Testosterone
As great as Testosterone is for anyone using it, there are several risks which
come into play when running it during a cycle & afterwards. Like all other
steroids, these side effects are more pronounced with a higher dosage
being run. Most side effects are short term and can be mitigated by
responsible use & by having a solid post-cycle therapy protocol
prepared, but there are risk factors nonetheless. Those risk factors are:
During Cycle –
Elevated blood pressure
Heart Disease
Kidney Damage
Liver Damage (albeit a minor issue when using injectable Test)
Development of Gynecomastia (breast development in males, “bitch
tits”)
Mood swings, aggression
Bodily hair growth
Negative impact on cholesterol levels
Male baldness (if genetically pre-disposed to baldness, using
Testosterone will accelerate it)
Suppression of natural testosterone production
Post Cycle –
Loss of libido / sex drive
Erectile dysfunction
Depression
Mood swings
Lethargy
Increased body fat in spite of dieting properly
Loss of muscle mass
Dosage
There are many different opinions about how much Testosterone should be
used for cycles, and how much is “too much”. I personally have experience
running Test from dosages of 250 mg weekly, to a very stupid moment of
my life where I was running 1,250 mg weekly for a meet (and I was not
even that strong at the time). Being that I know firsthand that more is not
better for beginners & intermediates (aka, anyone below a 500 Wilks
score), I hold a more conservative view in Testosterone dosages for most
powerlifters. I have lifted more weight RUNNING NOTHING
compared to the time I was running 1.25 grams of Test a week.
STEROIDS WILL NOT TRANSFORM YOU INTO A WORLD
CLASS LIFTER. Hard work, persistence, a consistent diet plan, and time
will make you stronger than any local level lifter running 2 grams of test
trying to deadlift 545. That being said, here are my suggested ranges for
weekly Testosterone dosage:
First time user: 250 – 500 mg
Second cycle: 250 –750 mg
Third cycle: 500 – 750 mg
Intermediate (450 Wilks, 1-2 Years of Experience With Anabolics):
750 mg – 1 gram
Advanced (500 Wilks, Years of Experience With Anabolics): 1 gram –
1.25 grams
World Class (Top 10 Ranked in Weight Class, Years of Experience
With Anabolics) - 1 gram – 1.5 grams
A first time user will typically start their Testosterone protocol at 500 mg
weekly, though it is also fine to run Test at 250 mg & see great results from
a lower dose. I would say that 750 mg is the ceiling where most people will
not experience any serious side effects, and 1 gram is where complications
can start to occur.
When it comes to world class lifters and their anabolic use, dosages will
actually range from all over the board. You will find guys who are killing it
and only running 500 – 750 mg of Test, and then of course we all have
heard of some lifter who is running 3 grams of Test a week in addition with
a whole cocktail of other compounds. We will touch on what the best
powerlifters are taking later on in this guide – just know that dosage
amounts used and relative strength of an individual aren’t necessarily
related to each other.
Testosterone should be used at a minimum of 10 weeks if you want to
obtain tangible results from your cycle. It takes a few weeks for the
beneficial effects to “kick in” and the best gains you’ll make are typically
towards the end of your cycle. It is more common to run a cycle of Test for
12 weeks, though this can be extended to 14-16 weeks with relatively little
issue. Just know that the longer your natural production of testosterone is
suppressed, the harder it will be to restore it during post-cycle therapy and
afterwards. For this reason, a cycle of Test shouldn’t extend beyond 20
weeks tops and it would be safer overall to run it in 12-16 week durations.

of a cycle, Eԛuіроіѕе саn be a good аddіtіоn tо your ѕtасk. Eԛuіроіѕе іѕ аn
injectable аnаbоlіс steroid and its сhеmісаl nаmе іѕ Bоldеnоnе
Undeclynate. Eԛuіроіѕе іѕ mаіnlу uѕеd bу bodybuilders аnd wеіghtlіftеrѕ,
as іt іѕ a well-known bulkіng аgеnt that іnсrеаѕеѕ lean bоdу mаѕѕ. That
being said, EQ shares some beneficial use in the circle of powerlifting.
Onе саn аlѕо buу Equipoise under vаrіоuѕ оthеr trаdе names, such аѕ
Gаnаbоl, Equigan аnd Ultragan. The drug is mаіnlу uѕеd bесаuѕе оf its
steady аnd grаduаllу mаѕѕ іnсrеаѕіng сhаrасtеrіѕtіс. As іt dоеѕ nоt саuѕе
much wаtеr rеtеntіоn, EQ is аlѕо ԛuіtе еffесtіvе in improving vаѕсulаrіtу.
The bаѕіс nаturе of Equipoise іnсludеѕ two features. First - it іѕ аѕ аnаbоlіс
аѕ testosterone, and also асtѕ аѕ аn androgenic ѕtеrоіd. In соmраrіѕоn with
оthеr mаѕѕ buіldіng ѕtеrоіdѕ like Dеса, Equipoise gаіnѕ can bе relatively
disappointing. Its “dry” gains come at a slower rate, and the weight gain
seen on EQ is not going to be as profound as Deca when ran in conjunction
with Testosterone. That being said, I like the use of EQ іn tеrmѕ of strength
gains аnd vаѕсulаrіtу.
If уоu dеѕіrе thаt lean muscular look to your physique for Instagram, thеn
the drug іѕ an іdеаl сhоісе to bе a part оf уоur ѕtеrоіd сусlе. Onе іmроrtаnt
thing about Bоldеnоnе Undecylenate іѕ thаt іt саn be used in both thе ways.
In other words tо say, іf уоu want tо use the drug wіth оthеr ѕtrоngеr
аndrоgеnіс ѕtеrоіdѕ thеn іt wіll be a vаluаblе bulking аgеnt. EQ is
extremely versatile, and can be reasonably stacked with just about anything.
It’s great with Deca, Tren, Masteron, etc. Alternatively, if уоu wаnt to uѕе
Eԛuіроіѕе аѕ a ѕtаnd аlоnе ѕtеrоіd or wіth Wіnѕtrоl thеn also іt асtѕ as аn
еxсеllеnt сuttіng аgеnt…so long as you can manage the appetite cravings
that EQ is very well known to cause.
But before уоu start it, lеt’ѕ сhесk with ѕоmе of іtѕ uѕеful еffесtѕ.
Bоldеnоnе Undесlуnаtе іѕ mainly preferred оvеr other ѕtеrоіdѕ bесаuѕе іt
hаѕ various hеаlth bеnеfіtѕ for іtѕ users. Because of іtѕ slow соnvеrѕіоn rаtе
tо еѕtrоgеn (аrоmаtіzаtіоn), thе drug does not have аnу еѕtrоgеnіс ѕіdе
еffесtѕ. Powerlifters can take EQ with little noticeable negative side
effects from 600 mg to 1 grаm per week. Sесоnd, there is no оссurrеnсе
оf virilization symptoms wіth this ѕtеrоіd. Sо, female lifters can use іt
wіthоut much fear of causing permanent damage to reproductive organs or
deepening of their voice.
Though Equipoise is a relatively mild injectable, there are possible risks
too. Thе most prominent еffесt of Eԛuіроіѕе is іtѕ ability tо іnсrеаѕе thе
numbеr of red blооd cells. Thоugh іt is a general feature оf аnаbоlіс
ѕtеrоіdѕ, іn thіѕ раrtісulаr drug саѕе the effect has somewhat greater degree.
If you have ever seen a powerlifter cut themselves open and bleed an almost
blackish tar looking color…..well, EQ use is likely a contributing factor.
Anоthеr соmmоn іll-еffесt of thіѕ аnаbоlіс steroid that users usually
rероrtеd wаѕ аn increased арреtіtе. This is absolutely great for bulking, but
can also make it very difficult to diet down while using.
Sоmе other typical рrоblеmѕ оf Eԛuіроіѕе аrе оіlу ѕkіn, асnе formation and
gyno. Bеѕіdеѕ thеѕе, uѕеrѕ also rероrt suppression of hormones, ѕuсh as
еndоgеnоuѕ testosterone. Sо, it is always аdvіѕаblе fоr the uѕеrѕ tо never
tаkе the drug аlоnе. Fаіlurе tо dо ѕо саn rеѕult to роѕѕіbіlіtу оf sexual
dуѕfunсtіоn. Always run testosterone as your base for any cycle!
Nоrmаllу, powerlifters uѕе EQ for at least 12 wееkѕ into a сусlе but if уоu
аrе аіmіng fоr quality weight аnd strength gain, thеn еxtеnd thе use оf thе
drug uр tо 16 weeks. If you are feeling feisty and are running an even
longer cycle overall, it is fine to run EQ for even longer – cycles of 20
weeks are not unheard of.
If you are a drug tested powerlifter, EQ is going to be one of your worst
choices for chemical enhancement. Aside from the obvious fact that it is
banned by every major athletic organization, EQ’s detection period can last
for up to 5 months after discontinuing its use, and is very easy to detect in
blood & urine tests. This is why you usually don’t hear reports of athletes
getting popped for EQ – most people know better when it comes to
designing a protocol that is meant to edge around drug tests.
Mаѕtеrоn
Trenbolone is the most powerful injectible steroid known to man, and holds
a reputation as being the most effective drug for body recomposition &
strength gain. Though it is classified solely as a veterinarian grade drug, so
called “wellness centers” claim to be legally selling it for human
consumption. Why? Because it works, and sells very well in the black
market as a result. There is nothing like Tren, and without a doubt its use is
widespread among elite level powerlifters who are pushing their bodies to
its physical limits in hopes of achieving success on the platform.
That should be enough hype about Tren, for now. What the heck is it?
Trenbolone is a 19-nortestosterone (19-nor) anabolic steroid that is
structurally a modified version of Nanodrolone. Its binding to the androgen
receptor is much stronger than that of its counterpart, and does not
aromatize to estrogen. Tren is 5 times as androgenic as testosterone, while
also 5 times as anabolic. Trenbolone is arguably the most powerful drug
that a strength athlete can run for an 8-10 week duration of time, while
yielding results that will surpass what Testosterone on its own can do.
Trenbolone is also extremely versatile, and can be used either as a
compound for weight & muscle gain, or for dieting down & retaining lean
mass. Tren is actually so powerful that using it will allow you to literally
burn off bodyfat and put on lean mass at the same time – something
that is usually impossible to achieve by athletes with training
experience. If you have ever seen a world class powerlifter go down a
weight class and somehow still get stronger, you can bet that Trenbolone is
being used as part of their stack. There is nothing like it, bar none.
Trenbolone Side Effects
There is also nothing like Tren’s side effects when compared to any other
injectable steroid. Trenbolone is the most damaging injectable, despite its
lack of aromatization to estrogen. Like Nanodrolone, it is a 19-nor and is
subject to similar side effects. Possible side effects and risk factors are:
All related progestin side effects associated with 19-nor steroids –
gynecomastia, prostate enlargement, and harsh suppression of natural
testosterone production
Night sweats while sleeping
Excessive sweating during daytime
Difficulty staying asleep (insomnia)
Moodiness, aggression
Acne
Severe kidney damage
Elevated blood pressure
Lack of cardiovascular endurance
Hair loss
Muscular cramps
Because of the degree to which these side effects become present, some
lifters choose to steer clear of using Tren. Though I have used it myself at a
low dosage (300 mg weekly), I don’t see the point of running it again until I
reach a milestone that won’t be easy to achieve by other means (a 500
Wilks score, or a 2,000 lb. raw total for example). There is more than one
way to skin a cat, and Tren is unnecessary to use for any powerlifter who
hasn’t even achieved an Elite total within their competing federation. I
would personally recommend saving off using Tren until it becomes needed
to play an Ace card for a big meet.
Acetate vs. Enanthate
Speaking of Ace, let’s touch upon the two most well known variations of
Trenbolone, which is simply the ester bonding used with it – Trenbolone
Acetate, and Trenbolone Enanthate. The Ace version is fast acting, and
must be injected every other day. Most competitive athletes who have used
Tren Ace will recommend that you even administer it daily, to better help
maintain stable blood levels of it moreso than just every 2 days. Enanthate
follows the same pattern as Testosterone Enanthate, and is much slower
acting with only having to inject twice per week. This being said, nearly
every powerlifter will suggest you use Acetate instead of Enanthate –
and I am in agreement with recommending Ace over Enanthate. If you
are a first time user and aren’t sure of whether you can tolerate Tren’s
potentially strong side effects, it will take longer for the drug to clear from
your system using Enanthate versus having used Acetate. That’s 2 weeks of
insomnia, night sweats, and cramping as opposed to just 2-3 days of side
effects if you are susceptible to them. While these side effects aren’t as
prominent running a reasonable dose of Tren, you never know how you will
react to a drug until you actually use it for the first time. For that reason,
Ace is going to be the better choice for you. Second, it is simply easier to
maintain stable blood levels of Tren using Ace when it’s being administered
every other day, or even daily. If you’re going to be using Tren, you need to
keep its levels relatively stable to not only help mitigate side effects, but
also to optimize lean mass and strength gains while running it. Third, you
really want Tren out of your system after meet day is over. There is no point
staying on it when you are needing to shut down your cycle or cruise.
Acetate is the smarter choice in this regard, where you can plot out your
training cycle to incorporate it for 8-10 weeks towards the meet without
having to consider lingering levels of it afterwards. With Enanthate being
present for up to 2 weeks after its last injection, you have to limit your use
of it during your planned training cycle as you don’t want to stay on Tren
for too long. Ace is king.
Recommended Dosage and Duration
The general rule of thumb is to run Trenbolone for no longer than 10 weeks.
Long term use of the drug is just too debilitating on the system, and can’t be
ran safely for longer than 10 weeks. You may have heard of X lifter running
Tren for 6 months straight and not showing any major side effects – but
their bloodwork will indicate that they’ve done some serious damage to
their organs by then. If you really want to push the envelope, 12 weeks
should be the absolute maximum that you continuously run Tren. Ideally,
you want Tren out of your system before exogenous Testosterone is also
out, so that natural production isn’t as heavily suppressed when starting
PCT.
Typical first time use of Tren will have you running it at 300-350 mg
weekly. This is achievable when using Ace, as its concentration is 100
mg/mL. That means you can either inject 50 mg daily, or inject 100 mg
three times a week to reach the needed dosage. For those running Enanthate
(with it being concentrated at 250 mg/mL), you can administer 0.75 mL
twice a week to reach a dose of 375 mg weekly. Using more Tren than this
amount is not needed when you’re running it for the first time, as you want
to get a feel for the side effects you’re susceptible to while running it. 300-
375 mg of Tren is more than enough to have a really good cycle along with
Testosterone as your base.
Some people have tried running Tren at 600-800 mg, and simply can’t
handle the side effects of using such a high dose. That is when insomnia,
night sweats, and lethargy can really start to be felt. Added to that, the
amount of organ damage being done by Tren is more bad for long term
health than it’s worth for your next total.
Everyone has heard of some crazy fuck running Tren at a gram (or more!),
but no one is going to seriously advocate that. Unless you are genetically
blessed with avoiding Tren’s side effects, there is no way you should even
entertain running Tren at a gram weekly. And seriously, why would you
need to? If you need a gram of Tren to reach a 450 Wilks, you have other
problems to take care of. Unless you are in contention for winning a
shitload of money at the U.S Open, you don’t need more than 300 – 375
mg of Tren per week.

reputation for giving powerlifters an extra sense of aggression on meet day,
and really helps with getting psyched up for big lifts when it’s time to
perform on the platform. On meet day, you should take your first dose of
Halo right when it’s time for your flight to warm up on squats, and take
your second dose before warming up on the deadlift. This will really give
you a push during a long day of performing your attempts and is all the
extra aggression you should need on meet day.

per dау is a good start for first timers, but far mоrе common іѕ a dоѕіng оf

the dоѕе past thе 40mg реr day, which should be saved for meet day.

If you hаvе lіvеr dіѕеаѕе уоu should nоt use this steroid! Though use of
1-2 weeks of it towards meet day is known, I really urge to save its use
solely for meet day. If you’re planning on running a megadose of C17-аа
orals, using Cheque Drops might not be the best option for you. Anti-
inflammatory medications ѕhоuld also bе аvоіdеd whеn роѕѕіblе as mаnу
are аlѕо lіvеr tоxіс аnd thіѕ wіll only саuѕе additional lіvеr ѕtrаіn. It іѕ аlѕо
important thаt you uѕеr аvоіd аlсоhоl consumption weeks before using, аnd
ѕuррlеmеnt wіth lіver cleansers if you’re planning to run it on training days.
Fаіlurе tо do thеѕе thіngѕ mау саuѕе lіvеr complications, аnd іn some uѕеrѕ
the stress mау bе great even when dоіng еvеrуthіng rіght.
Cheque Drорѕ Admіnіѕtrаtіоn
Chеԛuе Drорѕ аrе taken orally аnd muѕt bе tаkеn daily. Dоѕеѕ nоrmаllу fаll
іn thе 200-300mсg реr day rаngе but may іnсrеаѕе tо 500mcg реr day іn
some саѕеѕ. I have personally ran 500mcg on meet day and had no health
issues afterwards related to Cheque Drops. Dоѕеѕ аrе always tаkеn before
stepping onto the platform, аррrоxіmаtеlу 30-40 mіnutеѕ before your first
squat attempt. I don’t know of anyone who runs a 2nd dose of Cheque Drops
for bench or deadlift, and a single dose of 500mcg should be all you need
on meet day.

Cheque Drops аrе not еаѕу to find. Yоu wіll not fіnd thіѕ steroid оn the

thrоugh соmроundіng рhаrmасіеѕ that mаkе vеtеrіnаrіаn drugѕ, but іѕ
generally оnlу mаdе bу rеԛuеѕt. Yоu wіll аlѕо fіnd most underground
ѕuррlіеrѕ оf аnаbоlіс ѕtеrоіdѕ dо nоt carry this steroid. If you саn fіnd іt,
Cheque Drops can run pretty expensive – around $80 - $100 for a bottle in
liquid form.
BONUS CONTENT
Weight Cutting Tricks While On Anabolics
If you’ve ever had to face making a weight cut to reach your intended
weight class for a meet, and have done so while running Dbol or Anadrol –
this is a really cool protocol I learned to make cutting weight so much
easier. While you’ve likely never heard or seen this used before, it’s starting
to catch on with higher level lifters who want to make weight more easily
while contending with water weight gained from using oral steroids. I’ve
witnessed a few powerlifters producing a 9 for 9 meet performance along
with the easiest weight cut of their lives following this method.
It’s common knowledge that you’re supposed to run your orals towards the
end of your cycle, so that you properly peak on meet day. But have you ever
considered discontinuing your use of orals during the taper phase of your
training block, when you’re just sitting at work doing nothing instead of
lifting heavy weights? Why hold that excess water weight and needlessly
use those orals when you’re not even training? This sounds unorthodox, but
works very well in shedding water weight while on you’re weight cut.
7 days out: Discontinue all Dianabol / Anadrol usage
6 days out to morning of weigh-in: Perform weight cut via
water/sodium manipulation
Right after weigh-in: Take your usual dose of orals that you were using
during training
Evening before the meet: Take your usual dose again
Meet day: Load up with 2-3x your normal dose of orals before the meet
begins
What is exactly the science behind this? As you may know, water retention
from orals quickly goes away once you’ve discontinued their use. This is
especially true when you are performing an actual water cut, and depleting
yourself of water retention to make weight. That excess water weight is
shed at an accelerated rate on a water cut, and makes it so much easier to
make weight without being on drugs which hold that water.
You may be thinking to yourself already, will you lose all your progress
gains from discontinuing orals for 6-7 days. Hardly. Right after you weigh-
in, take a dose of your orals along with your preferred method of
reconstituting back to your normal walking weight. Later that evening, take
the same dose again. We want to get your body saturated with Dbol and/or
Anadrol again before it’s time to step on the platform. If you reconstituted
properly, by evening time you should be holding onto the same amount of
water weight you had prior to discontinuing your orals – if not more.
On meet day, anything goes. Load up on your orals to as high as you’re
comfortable with. Taking your normal dose is 100% fine if you would
prefer to stay within the safe zone, but running your doses of Dbol/Drol
high for 1 day is not going to do serious damage….so long as it’s within
reason. Some lifters like to take just twice their regular daily dose, some
will not be as concerned about playing it safe on meet day and finish out
their bottles’ supply to end their cycle. The choice is up to you.
Sample Cycles
Beginner Cycles
For anyone who is wanting to start their first cycle, there is one thing you
must know right off the bat: every cycle you run must include injectible
Testosterone throughout the entire duration. Yes, this means you have to
suck it up and inject yourself if you want to commit to using steroids. No,
running Anavar by itself is not going to give you stellar gains if you’re male
and you are wasting your time considering oral-only cycles. DO NOT USE
STEROIDS AT ALL IF ARE TOO SCARED OF PERFORMING
INJECTIONS. If you can’t get over doing something that is relatively
simple and painless to perform, you don’t have what it takes to commit to
using anabolics, plain and simple.
Now that we have that out of the way, I would recommend that all first time
users start out with a low dose of Testosterone as the entirety of their cycle.
You will learn to get a feel of what it’s like to be on Test, along with which
side effects you are susceptible to. Everyone has their individual response to
a certain drug, and you are no different. What your friend’s experience may
be with a certain dose of Testosterone can be very different from how your
cycle will play out. You must learn to figure yourself out and learn your
body’s response accordingly. For the sake of simplicity, all first time users
should start out with using either Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate.
Which ester you use between the two choices does not matter, and both
work nearly identically.
A test only cycle will look like this:
Weeks 1-12
Test E: 250-500 mg / week
…And that’s it. While some may advocate using Dbol for your very first
cycle (which is OK to do), you may want to assess what side effects will
occur at the very end of your cycle as it concludes.
If you want to use Dbol, it would ideally be used to peak out for a meet.
Your last dose of Dbol will be on meet day itself. A 12 week beginner’s
cycle that includes Dbol would be:
Weeks 1-12
Test E: 250-500 mg / week
Weeks 8-12
Dianabol: 20-30 mg daily
One question of debate is what dose of Testosterone to start off your first
cycle with. As I mentioned in the “Testosterone” steroid profile, my opinion
is that it’s up to you on what you want to run between 250 – 500 mg per
week. 500 mg weekly is fine for a first time user, and should not cause any
side effects of concern. That being said, 250 mg weekly is also a potent
dosage and can help a first timer put on 7-10 pounds of lean body mass in
12 weeks.
Intermediate Cycles
Once you’ve had some experience with running Test only cycles, you can
start to look at additional compounds to run. Depending on what you want
to achieve, there are a few different ways of setting up a slightly more
complex protocol.
For lifters who are willing to put on some size & strength with the end goal
of hitting a PR total at a meet, here are a few different sample cycles you
could run. It should be noted that these quantities are all most
powerlifters will ever need to reach a decent level of strength. If you’re
not making progress running cycles similar to these, you’re not doing
something right. Evaluate your training program, diet, and sleep
schedule before taking more anabolics beyond this point.
Test Only w/ Dbol Cycle:
Weeks 1-12
Test E: 750 mg / week
Weeks 8-12
Dianabol: 30-50 mg daily
If you’ve made it to this point, your Wilks score is over 450 and you are
willing to trade off being conservative on your AAS dosages for a big
milestone achievement, such as your first huge total at a big time meet. We
won’t be pinning full barrels every injection, but we can take a look at
running some more aggressive protocols. One rule of thumb I’ve picked up
is that the most amount of anabolics you will ever usually need will add up
to around 2 grams total, weekly. Beyond that, and you are going to see a
diminishing rate of return when it comes to strength gain versus side
effects. Here are some sample protocols you can consider running:
Test / Dbol:
Weeks 1-16
Test E: 750 - 1000 mg / week
Weeks 10-16
Dianabol: 30-50 mg daily
Test / Dbol (Dosed Higher):
Weeks 1-16
Test E: 1.25 - 1.5 grams / week
Weeks 10-16
Dianabol: 30-50 mg daily, 100 mg daily during difficult training days of
peaking
This is the part we’ve all being waiting for. You may have even skipped
reading the whole guide and went straight to this section. That’s okay – a lot
of us are in the dark when it comes to what the biggest names in
powerlifting are taking in the way of anabolics. The honest reality is this:
steroid use ranges from all over the board at the highest level of
powerlifting. There are some guys who run 3 grams of test & 1 gram of
tren a week, in addition to 400 mg of Anadrol daily. There are some athletes
you know who are running test-only cycles, and use 750 mg per week.
Some high profile powerlifters who say they are lifetime drug-free, may
actually be completely drug-free. Drugs alone won’t make you a world
class lifter!
Now that we’ve somewhat cleared up the disparity of drug use among the
top lifters, I will share with you some of the craziest steroid cycles that have
been used. I won’t disclose who is taking what, but here are real cycle
protocols that have been used. NOTE: I do not condone or encourage
anyone to run cycles of this nature! Dosages this high will blatantly put
your health on the line and you are at serious risk for permanent organ
damage and even organ failure.
Cycle #1:
2 grams of Testosterone Enanthate, 1.2 grams of Deca, and 1 gram of Tren
Acetate per week. (The example at the introduction of this guide was
actually real.)
Cycle #2:
3 grams of Testosterone Enanthate, 1 gram of Tren Ace - weekly, along
with 400 mg of Anadrol daily.
Cycle #3:
2 grams of Testosterone Enanthate, 1 gram of Tren Ace. Ran for 6 months
continuously, with orals used towards the end.
Again, do not duplicate these cycles. This does not even include the use
of Halo, Test Suspension, or Tren Suspension (which I chose not to
cover). Be smart, be responsible, and be safe!
