AFFIDAVIT OF KINSHIP

I, ELSON HABARADAS, of legal age, Filipino and resident Burgos Street,

Iloilo City after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the heir of FRANCISCO HABARADAS;

2. That FRANCISCO HABARADAS is the registered owner of the
following landholding:
A. Lot No. 4533-A under Tax Declaration 0509 situated at Barangay
Cabolo-an Norte, Oton, Iloilo containing an area of 58,221 square
meters more or less;
3. That the mentioned landholding has arrears in National Irrigation
Administration service fees;
4. That we are the nearest surviving kin of FRANCISCO HABARADAS to
apply for exemption from irrigation service fees;
5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest the foregoing declaration;
