 One day there was a patient named Ika come to the hospital with her parents
where she is undergoing treatment of wounds after accidents.

Nurse Putri : good morning (smiling)

Mr. Rachmat : good morning (smiling)

Nurse Putri : is there anything I can help?

Mr. Rachmat : we want to see a doctor

Nurse Putri : all right I will deliver you to the doctor room

Mrs. Fihrin : yes nurse

Then the nurse took Mr. Rachmat family to the doctor room to do wound care.

Nurse Putri : we have been up to in the doctor room. All right, excuse me to
back the nurse room. If you need help you can call me

Mrs. Fihrin : thank you

Nurse Putri : yes you’re welcome

Mr. Rachmat : excuse me, are you doctor Alin?

Doctor Alin : yes I am, please sit down

Mr. Rachmat : thank you

Doctor Alin : can I help you? What the complain that you feel?

Mr. Rachmat : My daughter had an accident three days ago.

Doctor Alin : Okay I will check on his situation. Please you can lie down.

Patient (Ika) : okay doctor (lying down)

Doctor Alin : how are you? How do you feel ?

Patient(Ika) : Since the accident three day ago, my knee still feel the pain
(touching the knee)

Doctor Alin : mm ... (Nodding the head) indeed the effect of the injury suffered
an inflammatory response, so ya do not move too much and the
wound must be cleaned frequently in order to avoid infection.

Patient (Ika) : (back to sit down)

Doctor Alin : Inflammation is a symptom that is a body defense and works to

neutralize or destroy an injury agent in preparation for wound
healing

Mrs. Fihrin : is this a physician's danger?

Doctor Ain : mother do not have to worry, this is not dangerous

Mrs. Fihrin : ok, thank you doctor
