INTRODUCTION

These Membership Terms contain some capitalised words which have been given specific
meanings. Some of these defined terms are listed below:

“Agent/s” means the people who are still part of the Group chat ID: 2329621707105250 in
other words this is what we call the admins, editors, players, and etc as long as you are part
of this GC.

“Member/s” means a person who registers with the logbook and may go on to make a
Reservation. It can be visitors and fans of PGHub.

“Headquarter” refers to a person or business who registers with the Site to offer
Reservations. Which is called PUYATAN GAMING HUB HEADQUARTERS?

“Allotted Time” means time you may apply towards a Reservation at Puyatan Gaming Hub
Headquarters as part of a Paid Membership subscription.
Agents’ case it will be the steam scheduled discussed to your agreement and roles paper
attached to your “#4444” (for your eyes only) *#4444 will submitted on a different
document*

“User/s” means any person who uses the property, including Admin, Members and
Headquarters.

“Order” means an order made for a Reservation by a Member via the Site or Chat to our
relations Agents.

“Reservation” means the reservation and use of a Headquarter’s premises (or part
thereof) by a Member. For Agents’ case it will accordance to your alloted time or any Event
that needs to attend.

“Event/s” means the fights and events that are found in any establishments pro or non-pro
that will agree by the majority of the agents.

“Site” means anything that will be found online that is/are affiliated to Puyatan Gaming Hub
and that has a name and under the management of Agents. Personal pages and links that
also has a special instructions of “an authorized product of PGHub: xxxID generatedxxx”. ID
Generated will be provided by the assigned Agent for this task.
“#4444” or 4 your eyes only… means documents that are only made for you to see only and rules that are specialized for
you and must not be disclosed at any cost. This is the roles that you will take part and things that you will do in the process of
being part of the Agents. Please be aware that the roles given to you or vested on you are planned and well executed and
must follow and shall not avoid these clauses.
A reference to a “person” in these Membership Terms also includes a reference to
businesses, companies and other types of associations, especially our corporation.

These Membership Terms apply to use of the website PuyatanGHub@gmail.com (the

“site”) by Members (as defined below). These terms set out how the Site works and describe
any associated rights and responsibilities. Any instructions, guidance and similar information
found on the Site also applies to how you use the Site and form a part of these Membership
Terms. These Membership Terms form a legal agreement between you and Puyatan Gaming
Hub Headquarters or the Headquarters.

These Terms are also enforceable within our overseas operations at Puyatan Gaming Hub
Headquarters YTC (Youtube), Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters (PGHHQ), as well as
Puyatan Gaming Hub (PGH FB group and Group chat).

By applying to register as a Member you are confirming that you understand and accept
(and are able to understand and accept) these Membership Terms and that you agree to be
bound by them. I ___________________________________________________________,
agrees to read this from start to finish and sign each pages and the signature required parts
of the letter.

The Site allows you to view, select and reserve/avail HQ or Venue at a variety of Streaming
Headquarters, including sites/areas operated by Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters or
through third party partnerships or any Puyatan Gaming Hub owned. The Headquarters,
other than those operated by Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters, can provide details of their
facilities through the GC, Group, or Facebook Messenger, so Members and Admins can
search and reserve/avail/avail HQ or Venue easily.

The Headquarters, including locations operated by Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters, are
responsible for providing the facilities. If you have any problems please contact us in any GC,
Group, or Facebook Messenger and You can email us at PuyatanGHub@gmail.com or by
using your personal Email.

Please note for Members we are a platform that connects people who want to reserve/avail
HQ or Venue and the businesses offering those HQ or Venue. Unless you are reserving a
venue at our own Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters facilities, we do not review listings
through the GC, Group, or Facebook Messenger by other Headquarters and are not involved
in the actual transactions between you and other Headquarters.

The Site is a marketplace and we do not have ownership of the facilities listed or sold
through it unless indicated otherwise. We are not involved in the actual transaction between
Members and Headquarters in respect of our own Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters
facilities. The contract for the sale is directly between you and the Headquarter operated as a
partnership.

As most of the content on the Site is derived from Headquarters, we do not guarantee the
accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what’s
offered, such media is used by the third party partnership. If you have any questions or

 II. ABOUT THE SITE AND THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS

You may only apply or register as a Member:

if you are 18 for female and 21 for Male or over; and

if it is lawful for you to do so in the territory you are conducting the transaction from.
THE 1987 CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES – ARTICLE I

To register as a Member, we may require you to provide us with identification or other

documentation in order to help us prevent fraud, theft or money laundering taking place on
the Site and Headquarters. This may include photographic identification and recent proof of
government issued ID. We may also undertake our own identity, fraud and background
checks.

We may make alterations to these Membership Terms or to the Site from time to time. If
you are not happy with any alteration, you must stop using the HQ. If you keep using the
Site/HQ, this will indicate your acceptance of these Membership Terms as altered. We may
notify key changes to you but you should review these Membership Terms from time to time
to ensure you are aware of any changes. These apply to Members and Agents.
 III. REGISTRATION, ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

You may only use your membership for your own benefit. By using the Site you confirm that
you are not acting for the benefit of any other person.

To register as a Member, you will need to submit personal information and provided with
your first and last name as shown on our valid ID and a valid email address and finally your
signature that is also needs to be been on your valid ID for HQ Logbooks.

The First and Last name will be allocated to you if you successfully apply for registration as a
Member. Only we can decide whether applications will be successful. You will need to comply
and this mandated by the HQ rules. Your first and last name plus signature and valid ID are
personal to you and must not be disclosed to any other person.

You must ensure that all information about you that is held by us is true, complete, not
misleading and up to date. This includes using your given name, excluding only by, and by
expressly written consent from Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters, a stage name that you
are known by for the purpose of fulfilling work or entertainment. You can amend your
registration details at any time through the Site.

We are entitled to assume that any use of your Account is made by you. You are solely
responsible and liable for any use of the Site under your Account or any other use of your
First and Last name and Signature and Valid ID.

You may only hold one Account. If you forget your Valid ID, you will strictly prohibited to
enter.
 IV. RESTRICTIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, these Membership Terms and
all rules applicable to the use of the Site.

You agree not to:

- Impersonate any other person or entity;

- Falsely describe or otherwise misrepresent yourself (including your age and personal
circumstances);

- Falsely describe your affiliation with another person or entity;

-use or attempt to use another’s account;

- solicit personal information (including passwords and banking information) from another
person.

- Attempt to use another person’s legal documentation in the pursuance of creating a new
content and platform through our SITE and HEADQUARTERS.

- You acknowledge, agree and undertake:

- That any conditional breach of Clause 4 and its sub clauses below may trigger the
enforcement and execution of Clause 14 and its sub clauses, without warning and may not
be limited to these fines and penalties if such extra costs are deemed necessary and
reasonable, such as administration fees; This is because for the damages will occur because
of what will happen.

- That you are responsible for the safety and behavior of all individuals who accompany you
to the premises of a Headquarter as part of a Reservation and shall not permit unknown
members of the public to access the Headquarter premises, including the Headquarter you
have under Reservation;

- Not to damage any equipment or other property made available at or by a

Headquarters/Site, and to compensate the Headquarter/Site for any such damage without
limitation of cost. This is includes, but is not limited to equipment in communal corridors,
spares cupboards, kitchens, toilets or in external communal areas such as car parks, and car
park entry/exit gate systems;

not to conduct, plan or execute any parties or gatherings in any Headquarter when there are
over four (4) additional people in the room that are not connected to the use of the
equipment, such as playing or streaming etc; We are not allowing Two (2) opposite sex nor
mixed genders in a room unless permitted by the HQ Master and majority of Admins. Any
Sexual acts that will be caught will be reprimanded and will face multiple counts of fines that
avoided the contract and may lead to life time ban.

- To clear all of your own equipment, all rubbish or other materials brought by you into a
Headquarter before leaving Headquarter premises in bins provided, to strictly refrain from
smoking or vaping in Headquarter premises, and to reimburse the Headquarter for cleaning
costs which arise from your use of the Headquarter premises; Smoking areas will be
provided by the time being and can be co-ed.

- To ensure that you and all such persons are aware of all applicable fire evacuation
procedures and all fire and other safety rules available on the HQ and provided on the
premises by the Headquarter;

- To ensure that you and all such persons shall keep secret any entry keys provided to
enable you to access the premises of a Headquarter, and to let us know immediately if such
entry keys are compromised or duplicated to any other person; this includes lost and stolen
keys and accesses. If lost we will replace the access point then will be shouldered by the one
who lost it. It is your duty to secure the HQ and secure the Site.

- To vacate the premises of a Headquarter by the end of the time allotted to you as part of a
Reservation, failing which that the Headquarter may charge you for any additional time at
their standard rates prevailing from time to time; This only goes to our Members.

- To immediately report to us any damaged or missing equipment found by you on the

premises of a Headquarter either through the Site, by email or by telephone, and failing to
do so, you may be charged for such loss or damage; All must comply to our mandatory
same sex frisking and check of your personal belongings before leaving the HQ. This goes to
Agents and Members. The Mandatory check is not a personal thing but a proceedures that
needs to be strictly followed.

- That you are responsible for any equipment you bring onto Headquarter premises, that you
do so and/or use a Locker at your own risk, and that neither we nor the Headquarter shall
have any responsibility for damage, theft or loss of your equipment; Unless we put tag
sticker with codes in it and will be logged whether a permanent owned by HQ and Site or
leased from the original owners. All records will be placed on the log books and will be only
available via requests or to specific people, members and agents.

- On bringing into the Headquarter such equipment, you agree that it is of electrical
worthiness and does not pose a risk to the operation and welfare of the equipment, lighting,
power or other amenities provided by the Headquarter, as part of your Reservation; Please
allow our assigned agents to freely check your equipments before its operation.

- Not to bring any dangerous or unlawful equipment, substances or materials onto

Headquarter premises, which includes but is not limited to Class A drugs, nitrous oxide,
knives, guns or any other implement which would instigate fear or harassment; this will
result to permanent ban and will be reported to the authorities.

- To report any suspicious behavior or mistreatment of Headquarter premises to us and the

Headquarter immediately.

-you adhere to all car parking regulations and notices displayed, whether provided by the
local authority, Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters, the Headquarters and to the extent of
accepting this definition, indemnify Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters or the Headquarters
to any loss or damage incurred to your vehicle/s or your property.

- For the avoidance of doubt, the indemnity (an obligation to compensate us or the
Headquarters) at any location requires you to compensate us or the Headquarters for any
loss, damage, liability, expenses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) which we or they
incur as a result of your breaching the terms of Clause 3 and Clause 4. Specific fines and
charges and detailed in Clause 14.

- When you place an Order the Site/HQ will indicate an amount which you permit us to pre-
authorize on your debit or credit card or down payments of 10%. You further permit us to
take payment of this pre-authorized amount or part thereof to reimburse either us or the
Headquarters in respect of any loss, damage, liability, expenses or costs incurred as a result
of you’re breaching the terms of Clause 3 or Clause 4. Applies to all agents and members
and people.

- Provided that you have complied with these Membership Terms, we shall remove any such
pre-authorization in respect of a Reservation within [1 week] of the date of that Reservation.

-In accordance with Clause 11, we may also suspend or terminate access to your Account or
the Site or cancel a Reservation if you breach any of these Membership Terms included in
Clause 3 or Clause 4. Plus never get any access to our Headquarters; permanently.

- Never Tamper or Vandalize any property especially the stickers in every equipment in the
HQ/SITE.
 V. RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We permit Headquarters to sell Reservations on the Site, enabling the Site to be used as a
platform on which transactions with Headquarters can take place. We are therefore providing
a forum in which you can enter transactions with Headquarters. Reservations may only be
made up to 1 week advance, and recurring Reservations are not accepted. As per Fair use
policy and balance to Agents and Members.

If you choose to make an Order, you do so at your own discretion. This is an offer to enter a
contract with the Headquarter to make a Reservation. If the Headquarter accepts the Order
you will be entering a contract with that Headquarter which will be confirmed by the
Headquarter by email. PuyatanGHub@gmail.com or GC, Group, or Facebook Messenger

If you encounter any difficulties in connection with a Reservation, you are encouraged to
contact the Headquarter directly or seek the relations group. You accept that we have no
control over Reservations and are not liable for the fulfillment of the Order in any way, unless
your Reservation is in respect of our own premises. We will always respond if there is and
will be.

There is no guarantee that Orders will be accepted. The Headquarter may reject your Order
at any time, provided they return any payment you have made for that Order.

Where your Reservation relates to premises managed by third party partnerships or

corporation, Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters are not responsible and have no control
over refunds. You should enquire directly with the Headquarter in relation to this.

Subject to clause 5.5 above, where your Reservation relates to our own premises, you may
cancel and claim a refund under the circumstances described below:

if you cancel more than 12 hours before the Reservation, we will reimburse you the whole of
your payment, less any bank charges and other costs incurred by us in administering that
refund; This includes Gcash, Coins, and etc we can use and will verify if can be done.

If you wish to cancel 12 hours or less before the Reservation, you may request a review of
the refund request by emailing PuyatanGHub@gmail.com or GC, Group, or Facebook
Messenger

The Headquarter shall have the right to make any changes to a Reservation which are
necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement, or which do not
materially affect the nature or quality of that Reservation, in which case the Headquarter
shall use its reasonable endeavors to promptly notify you of any such changes.
 VI. PAID MEMBERSHIPS

Certain Paid Memberships are available through the Site which entitle you to a certain
amount of time to apply towards Reservations in each calendar week starting from Monday
in lieu of payment (“Allotted Time”). Unused Allotted Time may not be carried over to the
following week.

Allotted Time may only be applied towards Reservations made with Puyatan Gaming Hub
Headquarters in respect of our own facilities, and not with other Headquarters unless
indicated otherwise.

Where your Reservation is made using Allotted Time, then a reference to payment in clause
5.6 shall be interpreted as referring to that Allotted Time, such that if you cancel that
Reservation:

if you cancel more than 12 hours in advance you will be free to reuse 100% of the applicable
Allotted Time;

if you cancel 12 hours or less, you may not reuse any of the Allotted Time.

Paid Membership includes access to a locker in the course of a Reservation at no additional

charge, however such access is strictly subject to availability and no discount will be offered
if a locker is not available. (if locker will be available or cabinets)

You may cancel a Paid Membership at any time by giving us 1 months’ written notice. If we
do not receive your payment in advance for a Paid Membership in accordance with Clause 6
we may cancel your Paid Membership immediately without further notice. Any Reservations
made using Allotted Time which is scheduled for a date after such termination may be
cancelled by us.
 VII. PAYMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP AND RESERVATIONS

Payment for Memberships shall be made direct cash. But if you have something in mind that
will be convenient to the Agents and people we will confirm that and there will be a
timeframe for that and deadlines.

Payment in respect of each Order will be made immediately by cash only and cash only.
(Unless first statement will be a good to go)

We fund the Site by receiving a commission from Headquarters, which is based on the
amounts paid for Reservations.
(Everything will be logged and you can get a copy once only)

VIII. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PUYATAN GAMING HUB

HEADQUARTERS, YOU AND SITE.

All Reservations are sold on the basis of a contract or transaction number

*[#4444 (which goes “RSV” + day + date + last 2 digit of the year and exact time military
time = RSV0110191200)]* between you and the Headquarter. We are not party to any
contracts or transactions you may enter with other Headquarters. We are not the seller or
supplier of any Reservations made available on the Site or displayed on the Site, save in
relation to our own premises. This is the case whether or not the transaction for
Reservations takes place on the Site or through any external channel.

Reservations may be offered subject to additional terms requested by the Headquarter. You
should ensure you are aware of any additional terms and agree to being bound by them
before making a Reservation.

Subject to Clause 7, we have no control over and are not responsible for:

The quality, safety or legality of any Reservations sold by Headquarters on the Site or
through external channels; or

Any failure of any Headquarter to make good any offer of a Reservation, reward or special
offer; or

The personnel of any Headquarters; or

The availability, power supply, connectivity, standard, layout, size, cleanliness, equipment,
appearance, location, or any other characteristic of the facilities which are the subject of a
Reservation, including whether they meet any description provided on the Site.
Notwithstanding Clause 7.3, in respect of Reservations made between you and Puyatan
Gaming Hub Headquarters we warrant that the Reservation will be provided using our
reasonable care and skill, and that the facilities which are the subject of such a Reservation
shall conform in all material respects with their description on the Site.

IX. PROVISION OF INFORMATION

In some cases, Headquarters will require more information from you. Headquarters will
request this information from you directly and you must promptly provide any information
that they request in order to properly provide the Reservation.

When you make a Reservation, we will provide the Headquarter with any information you
have supplied to us, which is required by the Headquarter to honor the Reservation.

X. DISPUTES

If you have any dispute with a Headquarter, you should take this up with the Headquarter
directly.

In instances where you feel the Reservation provided by the Headquarter is harmful,
dangerous or otherwise unsuitable you should alert us so that we may investigate the details
and possibly remove the Headquarter from the Site.

We have no obligation to mediate or attempt to settle any disputes, but in some instances
we may do so.

Whether or not we decide to mediate is our discretion. If we decline to do so, we do not

have to give any reasons for this decision and our decision is final.

Disputes against Agents, members, and people with in the Site/HQ will be addressed fairly
and with justice.
 XI. COLLABORATE AND COMMIT

This section will be only available and applicable to Agents.

- Will provide my share shall be transparent with availability, power and water supply,
connectivity, standard, layout, size, cleanliness, equipment, appearance, location, design, or
any other characteristic of the facilities which are part of the headquarters and site, including
whether they meet any description provided on the Site and Headquarters supported by
other sections and articles and nothing shall void this article and section with another section
or article.

- Utility bills computation will be calculated and totaled out; A. 40% to those who are living in
the HQ from the time being and B. 60% to members and agents also from the time being.
Members means from the purchases from the products of Puyatan Gaming Hub whether
Headquarters or Site, that will be 10% from the B. 60%. The remaining 50% from B. 60%
will distribute commitment to the other Agents that are not living inside the HQ.
|Example: 1000PHP Utility bills (water electricity and internet) 400php will be distributed

to be collected by the assigned Agent (confidential #4444). 100PHP will be taken out from

member’s purchases, and the remaining 500PHP from the 1000PHP will be distributed to
be paid by the other Agents. Everything will be logged

- Rental fees computation will be calculated and totaled out; 100% will be divided into equal
commitment. 1000PHP each automatically to those who lives in the HQ. Plans are to let 4-5
heads only live in the headquarters to ensure the security and maintenance of it.
|Example: there will be 4 people inside automatically 4000PHP deducted to our Rent fee
of 8000PHP. The remaining 4000 will be divided into 60% 40%… 60% for the House
master (Meshaach) and 40% for the rest of the Agents.
Alliterations will be made on the meeting and every meeting we will be having. Plus it will be
updated as the fee increases as well.

- Commitment will be collaborated at the end once the business is gaining popularity and
money. Agents must not lose hope and faith on what the agents have started and built.
Everyone will be paid by the time everything is self sustainable; Agents just have to be
consistent and everything will be paid out since everything is being jotted down and
recording on different log books. The money you spent from start till the day of
independence will be totaled out and will be paid by the time that everything is ready.

XII. LIABILITY

We provide and maintain the HQ/Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we are liable
only to provide our services with reasonable skill and care.

We give no other warranty in connection with the HQ/Site and we disclaim all liability for:

-The accuracy, currency or validity of information and material contained within the
HQ/Site, including the accuracy of any ratings or reviews given to Headquarters;

-Any changes in applicable law or regulation, or the acts of any legislator or regulator
in any part of the world;

-Any interruptions to or error of the Site or other communications network;

-The infringement by any other person of any copyright or other intellectual property
rights of any third party through any User Content or use of the Site;

-The availability, quality, content or nature of external sites;

a. any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious

software that may infect a User’s computer equipment, software, data or other
property caused by any other person accessing, using or downloading the Site or any
User Content; and

b. All representations, warranties, conditions and other terms and conditions

which, but for this notice, would have effect.

We have not verified or reviewed any additional terms of any Reservation and we are not
liable for the additional terms of any Reservation.

We will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under these terms of
use if that failure is caused by the occurrence of an event beyond our reasonable control.

Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms and
conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all of those terms and conditions
are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability (whether in contract, tort
(including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for any indirect, special,
punitive or consequential loss whether or not that loss arises out of something of which we
have been made aware.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in respect of any claims
made in connection with or arising out of the use of the HQ/Site (whether in contract, tort
(including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for direct losses will be limited
to the amount paid by you to us under these Membership Terms in the 1month immediately
prior to the date upon which the cause of action arose.

You agree not to use the HQ/Site in any way which: – is unlawful; – may give rise to civil or
criminal liability for Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters; or – may bring Puyatan Gaming
Hub/YTC into disrepute.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our officers, directors, owners,
agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees, and all Headquarters
(collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all damage, loss,
liability, expenses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by the Indemnified
Parties in connection with any claim arising out of:

any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation you commit;

any inaccuracy or defect in any of the information you have provided to us;

any breach of applicable law or regulation you commit;

any other person’s use of your Account;

any breach by you of these Membership Terms; and

third party claims arising from your use of the Site or any use of your Account
(whether or not such use was by you) and any of your Reservations.

You shall cooperate with us in the defense of any claim. We reserve/avail the right, at our
own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject
to indemnification by you.
 XIII. BREACH, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Without limiting any other rights we have, we may suspend or terminate access to your
Account/Access or the HQ/Site if you breach any of these Membership Terms.

If we have grounds to suspect that you are using the HQ/Site fraudulently or improperly, we
will suspend your Access/Account until you are able to demonstrate to our satisfaction: your
identity; and that no fraud or impropriety has occurred or been attempted. We will try to
give you reasonable notice of any anticipated termination of the Site. Justice will be served.

If you become aware of or suspect another User’s/person breach of these Membership

Terms, or any fraud or impropriety by another user, you must contact us immediately.
Connivance will result to permanent ban.

We may cancel, amend or suspend a Reservation/Membership at any time for any reason.

XIV. COMMUNICATIONS

The HQ/Site enables the display of third party content, including Users’ reviews and ratings
of Headquarters (“User Content”). You accept that the ratings and reviews given by Users of
the Site form an essential part of the Site’s internal regulation process and are a key function
of the Site for all Users.

The reviews and ratings expressed in any User Content are for information purposes and do
not constitute advice from us or reflect our views. To the fullest extent permitted by law we
assume no liability for any loss or damage incurred by Headquarters and / or Members as a
result of the User Content.

You accept that we have no control over the User Content as we do not moderate it.
However, if you alert us to inflammatory, erroneous or salacious User Content we may in our
absolute discretion remove it from the HQ/Site. Although we are not obliged to do so, we
may remove or reject any User Content.

You agree that we may process and store any content you submit to the HQ/Site (“Your
Content”). Unless #4444 has a supreme decision to it.

You may send Your Content to other Users of the Site, and other Users of the Site may send
User Content to you.

You agree to the distribution of Your Content by us both internally and externally. Therefore
you should ensure that Your Content does not contain information which you intend to keep
confidential or private.

By making available, posting or transmitting Your Content to the Site, you are granting us a
non-exclusive, transferable, sub licensable, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual worldwide
license to use and exploit Your Content for any purpose.

You agree that you are entitled to make available, post or transmit Your Content to the Site.

You will not make available, post or transmit to the Site any statement, material or other
content, nor use the HQ/Site in any way, that:

is unlawful or may give rise to civil or criminal liability;

infringes any copyright or other intellectual property right of any third party;

infringes any third party’s rights of privacy or rights of publicity;

includes any computer virus or other malicious software;

is abusive, pornographic, defamatory, discriminatory or obscene;

harasses any other person (including Headquarters and their employees);

interferes with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Site;

impersonates any moderator, administrator or any staff or any other person

connected with Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters;

contains the confidential information of any other person;

solicits passwords or personal information;

contains video, photographs, or images of any other person without his or her
permission (or in the case of a minor, the minor’s legal guardian);

exploits any other person; we consider inappropriate; or encourages or provokes any

other person to do any of the acts listed above.

If you discover any material which you believe contravenes these Membership Terms, please
inform us.
The HQ/Site provides means by which you can communicate with us. We will communicate
with you at the email address you have provided or through other means of communication
provided by the HQ/Site

Notices that are applicable to all our members shall be made available on the Site publicly.
You will be deemed to have received a notice at the time the email and or messenger is sent
or the time the notice is posted on the Site. We will be deemed to have received a notice
when we issue confirmation to you.

All emails (or other messages) we send are intended for the addressee only.

We may also contact you about news, discounts and offers for the benefit of selling and
members info gathering to spread the news.
 XV. FINES & PENALTIES

These fines are applicable and enforceable in any case where there has been a breach of
Clause 4 and any sub Clauses thereof, and are executed without financial limitation of the
fine or penalty imposed.

Fines and penalties will run concurrently until a total amount has been ascertained. Puyatan
Gaming Hub Headquarters and the Headquarters reserve/avail the right to charge the full
fine or penalty cost without discount, unless expressly given in writing.

Discounts arising from fines or penalties are given without prejudice of the breach and hence
Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters or the Headquarters warrant no indemnification of the
breaches by awarding the discounts.

Multiple breaches of Clause 4 and its sub Clauses can and will be apportioned to the Member
and the Reservation related to the breaches.

Fines are listed but not limited to:

200PHP | 500PHP | or 750PHP for smoking or vaping anywhere inside the Headquarter or
Site, excluding external smoking areas;

350PHP | 400PHP | 500PHP for activation of the fire alarm through smoking, vaping or use
of smoke machines; (which if the HQ will have one)

Up to 220PHP | 250PHP | 300PHP or part thereof, for excessive mess in any Headquarter or
communal area arising from the Reservation and/or allotted time;

Up to 500PHP | 750PHP | 1000PHP or part thereof, for drug use (all Classes) or any residues
left in the Headquarter from the use of drugs (all Classes) within the Reservation and/or
allotted time. Plus authorities will arrive to escort you out of the HQ/Site.

500PHP | 700PHP | or 900PHP for conducting a party and breaching the terms detailed in
Clause 4.4;

200PHP | 570PHP | or 700PHP or part thereof, for damage to equipment when being used
against its normal operation causing a malfunction; the payments will be aside from the
damage caused that will be explained to the next statement.

Cost of replacement equipment should the equipment be damaged when being used against
its means, or is forced against any reasonable operation for the purpose it is intended;
 XVI. GENERAL

Some features and services of the Site may be subject to additional terms. We will draw
these terms to your attention before you use those features or services. Those additional
terms will be incorporated into these Membership Terms when you indicate your agreement
to those additional terms.

If there is ever a conflict between these Membership Terms and the Terms of Use or
instructions, guidance and similar information found on the HQ/Site, these Membership
Terms will take priority.

These Membership Terms, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy and Cookies Policy and
any instructions, guidance and similar information found on the Site, constitute the entire
agreement between you and Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters relating to your use and
trading through the Site, to the exclusion of any other terms.

These Membership Terms are subject to your statutory and common law consumer rights
and will not limit any rights you might have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Membership Terms will not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury
resulting from our negligence nor any fraudulent acts or representations.

HQ may deduct any monies you owe us from any monies HQ owe you.

Our failure to enforce any term does not constitute our waiver of that term.

If any part of these Membership Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be amended to

the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remainder of the provisions
will remain in full force and effect.

The Site is intended for and directed at the Santa Rosa, Laguna. No representation or
warranty is made as to whether the Site complies with the laws of any other country.

These Membership Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales, the United States of
America and Germany and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters will be entitled to assign and otherwise transfer the
agreement covered by these Membership Terms by giving you reasonable notice, which may
include notice given via the Site.

All questions, comments or enquiries should be directed to us and we will attempt to respond
to within 48 hours. JUSTICE DELAYED JUSTICE DENIED.
 XVII. LIVE STREAMING

When live streaming with Puyatan Gaming Hub Headquarters, you should create content
that is original or that you are authorized to share. Copyright infringements are against our
values and rules. These infringements include, but are not limited to audio, video and images
that are broadcast in your stream, for which you have not gained the necessary permissions
or prior authorization.

Do not invade the privacy of others. It is prohibited to share content that may reveal private
personal information about individuals without permission. This includes but is not limited to:

Sharing personally identifiable information (such as real name, location, or ID).

Sharing and of your live stream will be only on site; Sharing of your page on the site WILL
BE STRICTLY prohibited unless an agent will follow a specific template whether live stream,
casual post, photo post, boost, video, and even updating the settings of the page; Unless
#4444 sets in.

Agents access will be limited to Adminitrator (facebook terms settings for page and Youtube)
and are enough to gain full control of the access, the settings, and postings, and sharings,
and even for external, and internal usage of the site.

Broadcasting content obtained from streaming in a manner that invades another's privacy
without permission. Never attach long links better use url shorter like Bit.ly

Sexually suggestive content or any sexual activities are strictly prohibited.

Hateful conduct is any content or activity that promotes, encourages, or facilitates

discrimination, denigration, objectification, harassment, or violence based on race, ethnicity,
origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical
condition, and physical characteristics and is strictly prohibited. Any hateful conduct is
considered a zero-tolerance violation of our House Rules and all Puyatan Gaming Hub
accounts associated with such conduct will be indefinitely suspended.

General good behavior rules include, but are not limited to: suicide threats, intentional
physical trauma, use of illegal drugs, and drinking excessively whilst live streaming in the
Headquarter. Any breach of this rule, may result in a permanent suspension of your Puyatan
Gaming Hub account.

The live stream camera must not be moved in any fashion, unless the angle of the camera is
in such a position that your stream view will be restricted. You must gain explicit permission
to alter the angle of the camera, via Live Chat, or email to PuyatanGHub@gmail.com
