B. Activity
You have to answer the following questions with your own thoughts/idea based on our discussion.

Each answer must have at least 3 sentences.

1. As a student how can you achieve positive attitude towards physical activity? Explain your answer.
- As a student for me to get the positive outlook for my physical activities I need to take the first steps
necessary so that I can perform the exercise properly. To prevent unexpected accidents that could
happen to my body. It is important to follow the exercise steps so that we can finish it safely.

2. In your setting, do you provide yourself with a good range of physical challenges or activities that will
help you to achieve Fitness? Elucidate your answer.
-I provide myself in a good range because, at my age right now my body can easily move and do some
physical activities. We need to maintain or manage our weight to reduce pain or illness. And this
physical activies will help me in everyday routine to keep my body healthy This is the good way to
achieve fitness.

3. In your own opinion what are the hindrances that you encountered in performing Physical Activities?
How will you overcome those hindrances?
-For me the hindrance in performing physical activities is lack of time, lack of energy, fear of injury ,
lack of skill and lack of resources also. If you encountered this you are lazy to do the activity.

1. REFLECTION (Narrative Report)

Describe your experience while performing the Exercise. How do you feel after doing the activity?

-Exercise is a process or activity requiring physical effort, carries out to sustain or improve health and
fitness. Base on the exercise that I did, there are different exercises and health benefits that would help my body.
Exercise is important to our body because it gives many benefits to us, to improve our body, the circulation of
the blood, our immune system will be good and many more. You can do also the basic exercises like running,
waliking, jogging and, etc. Anything that you know how to do, just like what I did, I just did the basic exercises
because I don't have any equipments that I can use, just like the dumbbell, aquat rack, spin bike and etc.
