1. Enumerate 5 IoT devices and discuss what smart abilities do they have.

a. Cloud Computing

 is known to its popularity due to its service that enables users to save, modify and gather data as
long as there is network connectivity. It is chosen by lots of people and even the business sector due to
its efficiency, cost-saving and the security it laid to the users.

b. Mobile Computing and Applications

 is a technology that enable users to share and send data, pictures and voice to any one and
anywhere via mobile phones, computer or any wireless devices that has network connectivity. Payments
and transactions through these as well is allowed.

c. Big Data Analytics

 due to the growing technology, computers are learning the user’s preference that creates
multiple opportunities to the market. Big Data Analytics take this strategy to collect this information and
manage them.

d. Automation
 from the word itself, it is the featured of IoT that process automatically. As the technology is
developing systematically, devices can be programmed to do and perform the repetitive of user’s task
by learning from their previous actions.

e. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Smart Machines

 these are one of the promising of IT in which machines are intellectually and efficiently do tasks,
instruct and even learn/mimic the day to day work with or without human intervention. It is embedded
with a device that allows the AI, machine learning and deep learning to perform, use reason, solve a
problem, and even make decisions.
