the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities.

2. Yes, it is necessary to assess one’s health status because we need to be


updated on our health to know if there is something wrong.

3. Being physically fit can help us to participate in any physical activity

4. It is important to have a proper diet because the nutrients in our body needs to
work effectively and your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy
weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer),
and promote your overall health. Proper nutrition is also important because
your organs and tissues need proper nutrition to work effectively. Without
balanced nutrition, your body is more prone to disease, infection, fatigue, and low
performance.
