Creamy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

 220 ml Lady's Choice mayonnaise

 200 grams uncooked salad macaroni


 2 tbsps sugar
 2 tbsps pineapple juice (from
canned pineapple)
 2 tbsps pickle relish
 1 tbsp white onion, finely chopped

 1/4 cup celery stalks, small cubes


 1/4 cup carrots, small cubes
 1/2 cup cooked ham, small cubes
 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced
 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained well; reserve juice
 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
 fine salt and ground white pepper to taste

Steps

1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Rinse under running


water and drain well. Set aside.
2. Combine Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise, sugar, pineapple juice, pickle
relish, white onions, celery and carrots in a bowl. Mix well until
sugar has dissolved.
3. Add in cooked macaroni, ham, cheese, pineapple tidbits and raisins. Mix
well. Season with salt and pepper. Chill before serving.

Mango And Kani Salad

Ingredients

 2 heads iceberg lettuce, cut into


bite-sized pieces
 1 cup Lady's Choice thousand Island
dressing
 1/4 pc red cabbage, sliced thinly
 3 pcs ripe mangoes, diced
 12 pcs crabsticks, shredded
 1 pc cucumber, cut into strips
 1 tsp tobiko
 1 pc nori, cut into strips
 wonton wrapper, cut into strips and deep-fried

Steps

1. Combine lettuce, Lady’s Choice Thousand Island Dressing, cabbage,


mangoes, crabsticks, cucumber, in a bowl.
2. Top with nori, tobiko, and fried wonton.

Caesar Salad

Ingredients

 1 head romaine lettuce hearts


 3 pcs hard-boiled egg, quartered
 1 tbsp bacon, fried and chopped
 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
 1/4 cup croutons

Steps

1. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Lady’s Choice Caesar Dressing and
arrange on plate.
2. Top with egg, bacon, parmesan cheese, and croutons.

Grilled Chicken Salad with BBQ-Mayo Dressing


Ingredients

 400 grams chicken breast fillet


 as needed Knorr Liquid Seasoning
 3 pcs plum tomatoes, sliced
 1 pc cucumber, sliced
 1 pc hard-boiled egg, sliced
 50 grams walnuts, toasted and chopped

 1 pack mixed greens


 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
 1/2 cup Lady's Choice mayonnaise lite
Steps

1. Season chicken breast fillet with Knorr Liquid Seasoning then grill
until cooked through.
2. Mix Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise Lite with barbecue sauce then toss with
mixed greens.
3. Arrange greens on plate then top with tomatoes, cucumber, egg, walnuts,
and the grilled chicken.

Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

 1 cup Lady's Choice real mayonnaise


 to taste honey and lemon juice
 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
 1/2 cup celery, chopped
 1/2 grapes, seedless, chopped
 1/4 cup raisins
 1 pc apple cored and diced
 1 head lollo rosso lettuce, washed and trimmed

Steps

1. Combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise with honey and lemon juice.
Season to taste.
2. Add nuts, celery, grapes, raisins, and apple.
3. Serve on a bed of greens, chilled.

Marble Potato Salad


Ingredients

 water
 1/2 kilogram marble potatoes
 1 medium carrot
 1/4 kilogram chicken, use breast part
 salt and pepper, to taste
 1/4 cup Lady's Choice real mayonnaise

 1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks with juice (optional)


 2 tbsps sugar
 2 tbsps pickle relish
 1 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp pepper

Steps

1. Boil the potatoes and carrots until cooked. Cut the carrots into cubes
and the marble potatoes in half.
2. In another pot, boil the chicken breast in water seasoned with salt and
pepper. Cook for 15 minutes or until done. Let it cool and cut into
strips or cubes.
3. Once the vegetables and chicken have cooled, mix them together with
Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, pineapple chunks with juice, sugar, and
pickle relish in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the
refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
