1. Reference:
a. Memo from TDPCR dated January 18, 2021 with subject
Instruction/Guidance on Tree Planting Activity;
b Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terrorismo;
b. Memo from OIC, RCADD dated January 30, 2021.

2. Above references pertains to the instruction/guidance of the CPNP during

the Command Conference on |January 6, 2021 to conduct tree planting activity in
coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)
and Local Government Units (LGU).

3. The said activity was spearheaded PCOL MANUEL A PLACIDO CD,

BCPO, PLTCOL EDEL JOSE MANZANO, PMAJ SHERLOCK C GABANA, OIC
CADU AND PCAPT ARMILYN B VARGAS COP PS10 and participated by Hon
Junjie A Hiponia, Brgy Handumanan Kagawad, Ms Alyssa Abastillias, SK
Representative, Force Multipliers, Representative form LTO Region 6 and personnel
of BCPO from Headquarters Group and Police Station 1 to 10.

4. At about 7:00 AM of January 28, 2020 the program proper started. The
invocation was given by PSSg Jollibee Santillan, the welcome remarks by Hon Junjie
Hiponia. The Rationale of the said activity was given by PMAJ SHERLOCK C
GABANA OIC CADU followed by the short and inspirational message by PCOL
MANUEL A PLACIDO, CD BCPO.

5. The second part of the program is the tree planting proper. The activity
ended at about 9:00 AM of the same date with no untoward incident happened.
