Introduction
The concept of learning, as most of us understand it, is on the verge of transformation. Thanks
to the increasing adoption of online training software, today we are fast transitioning to online
learning & development to meet both educational and business needs. The growing number of
digital natives has not only led to rising demand for online training tools but has changed an
instructor’s role from authority to that of a facilitator. The aim of this proposal is concerned with
the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of an online training
management system to provide a user-friendly environment for prospective individuals to
acquire knowledge at any level.

1.1 objectives
The objective of this proposal is to develop an online training management system to help
people continuously improve their skills through online courses.
