Subject: Designated Smoking Area

Dear Employees,

Hope you are well. With reference to the subject I want to convey new smoking policy regulated by the
General Manager HR.

It was observed that our office had no designated smoking area and as a result employees/visitors
usually smoked outside the main entrance and reception which was a source of great hurdle.

A new smoking area has been designated in parking lot for the convenience of employees and visitors.
We expect employees to respect this policy and their colleagues. Violations will be dealt with strictly.
