ABSTRACT

The Assay cope executive loom is an application, which involves administrational


functional, related to various details like test, patient, test report, staff details maintenance, etc. of
the laboratory. Realizing the need for quick retrieval and easy management of data, the system
was studied in depth, analyzed and computerized. The project is done with the intention that in
future it can be used to integrate with other function unit of Laboratory management.

The project "Assay cope executive loom “is designed for the Online Lab. The objectives
of this project are to do a web page, which is used for on line Laboratory management. The
Laboratory management means the Lab maintains every detail through this web page. The web
page is mainly used for maintain all patient record of a Lab. The project registers the new patient
for the tests.

The Function of Login events details. It mainly identifies the Admin Login and Employee
Login details. The Admin Function entry of all the client details and results to be entry in the
database.
