Dear Ma’am,

I am Shiela Lyn L. Rivera, one of your enrolled student in PEN 4306 (Physical
Fitness), Section 15MC.

Ma’am would it be possible if I will be excuse to attend your class in Physical Fitness
for the reason that I am a single mom and working mom at the same time. I have a 3
years old daughter and I have to do my mom duties in the morning before I proceed
to my part time job as an Encoder in Stronglinks Service Cooperative during
daytime. In the afternoon until evening I have to attend my classes in UE. I would
love to attend my PE class but there will be so much conflict on my schedule. The
time of my schedule to attend your class is very early (10:30-11:30 am) and my next
class is Mathematical Investment in the afternoon (3:00-4:00 pm). Thus, my vacant
time will be almost 4 hours doing nothing at school. Furthermore, on that mentioned
vacant time I have to be at work, so I can earn money to support my daughter’s
financial needs.

It would really help me out if I can do my PE class in you in some other possible
related ways like school projects or activities you may request with me. Thank you
