WHY IS MY SKIN CHANGING?

During pregnancy a spike in hormones (cortisol) occurs
and causes weakening of the elasticity of the skin. It
can become dry and sensitive especially in the
stomach or breasts. Associated with the intense
stretching of the skin in these two areas, stretch marks
can easily appear! Double attention is required because
these can also appear on other parts of the body such
as the thighs or buttocks because of the weight gain
related to pregnancy.

These stretch marks are manifested by micro tears,

which first start slightly red or purplish, and gradually
lighten to leave white marks. It is therefore important to
