As a daily user of Information Technology services, I'm fascinated by how Technology brings people
around the world closer. I understand the value of IT infrastructure and information security to a
company. IT services are one of the main assets that help to connect all parts of the business. I think IT

As an IT and Information management administrator, it is my duty to minimize system downtime and

optimize the use of technology to increase productivity. To do this, I leverage my experience, technical
knowledge, troubleshooting skills and work collaboratively with other departments of the business. I’m
fascinated by the techniques and strategies when it comes to Information Technology because it’s
always changing based on our behavior as a society. To me, it’s invigorating work and I love having the
opportunity to use my IT skills and expertise to make a positive impact on company goals.

I love the challenge of troubleshooting Hardware, Software, and Networks related issues, providing
Level 1 support, and resolving more complex Level 2 issues. In fact, several months ago, I had the unique
opportunity to set up information management IT infrastructure and fine-tune the system and network
settings to optimize productivity. I managed to identify data transfer issues between servers and
input/output devices and rectify the problem, which helped to increase productivity by 20-30%. I also
test, troubleshoot, and upgraded input/output devices and desktop PC hardware during the project to
ensure 99% system uptime. I was involved in testing data transformation software and worked
collaboratively with software developers to rectify software issues which helped to increase production
efficiency. During the project, I used my scripting skills to automate tasks, which helped to reduce the
project turnaround time by 10%. Thanks to the efficiency of the IT infrastructure setup; the project was
completed within the deadline. It was a wonderful feeling because our information management and IT
team work collaboratively with other parts of the business during the project to make it a success - and
it worked beautifully!
